La struttura è notevole, tuttavia mi volevano far ripagare una notte persa a causa della cancellazione volo qatar...sul check out troppa rigidità e ci sono molti lavori in corso, si deve essere fortunati con la stanza altrimenti i rumori...le vista città hanno balconi attaccati ai dirimpettai,le piscine e la spiaggia sono bellissime

Hotel con vista mare, proprio sulla bikini beach, posizione molto bella. Il personale e’ cordiale e gentile, le stanze sono moderne e pulite. Un bel posto dove alloggiare. Fatevi consigliare le escursioni da Adriano Habibi!

Ci sono molti aspetti che si potrebbero migliorare. Tipo la pulizia della spiaggia.. Un miglior servizio dei bagni. Il mangiare Un po' più continentale e non solo piccante e troppo spezziato.

buona posizione hotel di nuova costruzione
hotel di nuova costruzione con stanze moderne che dispongono di schermo piatto, minibar, aria condizionata ed asciuga capelli, stanno ampliando ulteriormente lo stabile quindi potrebbero esserci rumori dovuti ai lavori in corso. buona la posizione direttamente sull'unica spiaggia bikini dell'isola. possibilita' di prenotare escursioni alla reception (consiglio di trattare sul prezzo) e di cambiare gli euro in dollari o rufie maldiviane. colazione molto povera. pranzo alla carta non malaccio se si prendono piatti semplici, non mi è piaciuta la carne degli hamburger ed in genere è tutto troppo speziato compreso il pesce alla griglia che sa di tutto tranne che di pesce, stessa cosa per il buffet della cena. molto buona la pulizia delle camere, il personale è gentile e disponibile. possibilita' di prendere i teli da mare e le sdraio gratuite.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Arena Hotel, and we couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by the outstanding staff, including Ruwan, Samida, and all the team members. Our multiple visits for massages were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience each time. Furthermore, the excursions organized by the hotel were beyond amazing, thanks to the incredibly helpful and friendly excursion team. A special shoutout and BIG THANK YOU to Afu, who went above and beyond to make our excursions memorable. 年越し旅行で夫婦で2泊お世話になりました ボートのお迎えも空港でピックアップいただきました お部屋は眺望もよく清潔感あり問題ありません シャワー水圧もよくバスローブがあり良かったです 出来ればスリッパがあるとよいです 屋上にあるプールは非常に小さく期待はできません プライベートビーチはパラソルやチェアーがあり快適ですが、早めに利用した方がよいです 良い思い出ありがとうございました 朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富でした 卵料理は並びます カラスがいるのでテラス席は避けた方がよいです ホテル内ショップはフレンドリーで宿泊者には 値引対応もあり街で購入するよりお勧めします

We arrived to Maafushi at 11pm and had to wait 40minutes for our room to be prepared. We then requested for a late check out as our boat wasn't until the afternoon but this wasn't accepted. We found it strange that they asked guests to check out at noon but our room wasn’t ready at 11pm. We arrive to our room to find out that our hotel has another hotel being constructed next to it (literally arms distance between the 2 walls). Nowhere was it mentioned on the website that there is ongoing construction. Of course noises of drilling and hammering started every day at 7am and continued throughout the day making it very difficult to get good sleep. Wifi was poor and very slow. Phone in the room did not dial so any queries we had to physically go down and ask. Infinity rooftop swimming pool was a very small area. Nice view but water was freezing cold. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Pros - [ ] Beautiful beach right out front of the hotel with access to beach, sun loungers and umbrella - [ ] Can order non alcoholic drinks at the beach. Very delicious - [ ] The view from the room is unmatched - [ ] Bed is comfortable - [ ] The room is clean but it is starting to wear. Especially the washroom - [ ] The housekeeping is friendly, helpful and efficient - [ ] The aircon works well - [ ] They offer two small water bottles for free per day Cons - [ ] Not worth 600$ a night - [ ] The power went out, along with wifi - [ ] The lifts stopped working for a day which is a hassle with bags & a room on the 5th floor - [ ] Check in staff are inefficient and incompetent - [ ] It took us about 5.5 hours, 6 staff and several follow ups to get a working room key to access our room - [ ] Staff thought it was funny and mocked us as we walked past the second hotel - [ ] Watch your final bill for add ons. They tried to sneak in $50 usd/ticket gala dinner tickets without telling us that it was a paid dinner. We didn’t go to the dinner and they still put it on our bill. - [ ] They added two speedboat tickets without us asking even though we booked it at a kiosk down the road - [ ] Paying was a hassle as they don’t have a working card machine in the hotel - [ ] They left with our passports without an explanation and we had to insist to get them back - [ ] After being on the beach for about an hour, we were asked to leave and go to the pool

Transport to the hotel was aggravating. I confirmed with the hotel and received confirmation of transit and who to meet. A few days before arrival they reached out stating I need to confirm arrival as well which I did again. They actually swabbed the greeting person without informing me which when traveling alone I don’t appreciate. I was told to wait in the waiting area and he would get me for the transfer, which he never did. When I approached the greeter with the hotel sign (different staff member) to see when the boat would arrive I was taken to a lead who then accused me of missing the boat and wanted to know why I did not ask him earlier. Beyond the arrival issues the staff are really nice and helpful. They hotel was clean, but my room seemed like it could use some maintenance. Had noise issues from midnight to 4am which the night crew couldn’t seem to handle. It was frustrating when calling them trying to explain and to see what they could/couldn’t do. I gave up on after 2 calls.

It's recommended generally if you would like to stay out most of the time so it's a clean place to sleep and safe, the staff friendly people and the food is typically good.

Must to stay hotel if u go to Maafushi.
Excellent hotel probably in the best location in the island. Pool on the 8th floor is great, its not hot there as it is perfectly windy. Food in the restaurant is one of the best in the island too. Rooms are big and clean.

I booked the hotel for our honeymoon. There were good things and bad things about the place. The good: Some staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping gentleman was good. Room itself is pretty good. Decent amenities. The activities team are great. All professional and pleasant. The bad: 1. Have to start with the concierge guy called Adriano. Extremely pushy & inconsiderate. He was almost wanting to snatch my credit card and swipe before answering any of our questions. He also got us to pay for a final day kayaking when it was fairly evident that the president would be visiting that day and that all those activities would be cancelled. We were so looking forward to kayaking as it was the penultimate day of our honeymoon and it could've been a memorable thing we did together. Another concierge lady (don't know her name) was extremely rude & even told us to approach the watersports just the previous day.I have no idea how she works in the hospitality industry. If they were honest & upfront we could've atleast planned it differently. incredibly disappointing how he was quick to take our money but then kept making excuses of being busy when we spoke about the refund. 2. Flies: Eating breakfast & lunch is a challenge due to army of flies. The fly fan is useless. Need for indoor dining options 3. Water. you get 2 bottles and then pay 1usd fro a small bottle. Tip: Go to the store nearby(landpro) & get a 5 lt bottle for 1 usd.

Estadia incrível. Passeios maravilhosos.
Tivemos uma incrível estadia no Arena Beach Hotel. O Hotel cuidou de tudo, desde o check até o chek out. Nosso transfer do aeroporto ida e volta. Nossos testes PCR pra saírmos da ilha e seguirmos viagem. Havíamos alugado um quarto sem vista mar, e ao vermos o lugar incrível pedimos um upgrade, que foi atendido pelo hotel. Foi incrível acordar com a vista do mar das maldivas todos os dias. Mais do que isso o hotel cuida de todos os passeios e excursões. No primeiro dia fechamos um pacote de passeios com 10% de desconto com a Andrea. A partir de então foi apenas boas surpresas. Os barcos são ótimos, e muito bem mantidos. E o melhor de tudo da estadia foi o guia dos passeios, o Musa. Se você puder peça para fazer sempre os passeios com ele. Excelente pessoa, atenciosa, preocupada com segurança e um grande conhecedor do local. Sobre o café da manhã o mesmo atende ao padrão do hotel. Vale lembrar que por ser uma ilha habitada pela população local você tem a oportunidade de se conectar com as pessoas e conhecer a cultura. Apesar do conforto, qualidade e atendimento não é um resort de ilha privativa. mas quem precisa de um quando o mar é o mesmo, os passeios são mais baratos, e a interação com a população e o atendimento do hotel é fantástico. Voltaríamos com certeza ao hotel. Obs.: O hotel possui diversos gatos ao redor por ser aberto o local das refeições, eu tenho alergia então buscava ficar longe deles o tempo todo mas não foi um incomodo. Excelente preço de excursões.

Great spot great price
I really loved this hotel. I recommend getting an ocean view room. Its totally worth it. The rooms were really nice and clean and looked fairly new. They seemed bigger in the pictures though so pay attention to square footage and pick your room properly. The customer service was awesome, especially Brij. He literally never stops smiling! He was so fun to be around! The rest of the staff was really friendly as well. And, yes, the food was really delicious. I would definitely stay again.

Small Vacation
Frequently we stayed in the hotel and always love the area (hotel is located in front of beach). Night buffet comes with live music in the beach and any one staying in area hotel branch can access the infinity pool.
