Great stay, simply a dream
A must, to try at least once in a lifetime, to experience the beautiful desert in a gorgeous resort. Many great activities to do (horse riding, camel walk, night safari ...), an incredible service, a wonderful landscape. A dreamy experience. Astonishing.

Running out from the routine
Amazing place in the middle of the desert. Here everybody can find the peace that we can't find in our normal and chaotic life... The best periods are october-november or february-mai, where ther aren't a lot of guests and you can enjoy the quiet and woderfull location.

soggiorno di fascino
Soggiorno molto confortevole e rilassante per merito del fascino del deserto che circonda l'hotel, il cibo benché caro è di qualità. Peccato per la presenza di molti bambini e per il servizio talvolta scarso e a fasi alterne, del bordo piscina. Senza dubbio sarebbe tutto molto più bello se ci fosse la possibilità di una ulteriore piscina più tranquilla riservata solo ad adulti, magari con idromassaggio.

le mille e una notte...
è come un miraggio!!! la struttura è bellissima come un castello di sabbia tra le dune che si tingono di rosso arancio giallo a seconda della luce. Se avete la possibilità vi consiglio questa esperienza nel deserto meraviglioso in cui è circondato il resort dove potete fare varie attività proposte. noi siamo stati i primi di gennaio ed il cielo era blu ed il sole caldo da bagno in piscina. occhio al periodo perchè in estate ci sono 50 gradi. la nostra camera era grandissima e lussuosa con un grande terrazzo vista dune, i ristoranti sono 4, tutti abbastanza cari, il più abbordabile è quello della piscina. Al Maha è self service, ottimo.

Ottimo per una vacanza di assoluto relax.
Il problema è la distanza da Abu Dhabi (140 km, senza trasporti pubblici, 2 ore di viaggio) ed i conseguenti alti costi per raggiungerlo. E' adatto ad una vacanza relax, perchè non si può andare a visitare nessuna città, o centro commerciale.... solo si può godere il deserto, la piscina, bella, grande, ben servita, e l'ottima cucina. Sarebbe opportuna qualche iniziativa per favorire la socializzazione di chi non è in luna di miele, od in gruppo numeroso. Vista la grande quantità di ospiti italiani e francesi, sarebbe bene che ci fosse sempre alla reception qualcuno di lingua neolatina (italiano, francese, o spagnolo -la lingua più parlata al mondo).

Amazing stay
I had a wonderful stay at Anantara. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my visit. The food was tasty with a good variety of options to choose from. The pool area, complete with sunbeds and cabanas, was a nice place to relax. The pool bar offered a decent selection and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for recharging after a day of exploration. One of the highlights was the stunning nature surrounding the hotel, featuring beautiful dunes and occasional gazelles and camels. Awesome get away in the empty quarter
Awesome little staycation, the location is wonderful in the middle of the desert, like an oasis just with all the luxury amenities you can imagine. Our trip was made special by our hosts in the hotel: Fabiana made our welcome special by her friendly and personal openness and effort to ensure all wishes are addressed, Erik as restaurant manager of Suhail was personally looking after us and ensuring together with Ali that our evening was unforgettable. Nazir looked after us on our Camel ride in the desert (awesome to climb the high dunes on the back of a Camel) and also acted as our professional camera man, volunteering to capture the moments for us. Thank you for an unforgettable staycation. Will be back!

Estadia incrível. Destaque merecido para a Paola.
Foi tudo incrível. Hotel excelente em um lugar lindíssimo. Quando fomos, a piscina estava em reforma e nos deram um upgrade para uma vila privativa para não estragar nossa estadia. Além disso, era semana do meu aniversário e quando chegamos à acomodação, tinha um bolo a minha espera! Nota mil para a atenção que tiveram conosco. TODOS os atendentes foram ultra prestativos e simpáticos, mas temos que destacar, sem dúvida, a Paola, uma brasileira que trabalha no resort e que nos atendeu com maestria. Foi muito mais que atenciosa. Excelente profissional, daquelas que de fato se destacam na arte de receber. Nos deu um atendimento impecável. Daqueles que tornam a viagem ainda mais inesquecível e que nunca sairá de nossa memória. Também gostaríamos de destacar o simpático Wilson que foi nosso guia no passeio com os camelos e no passeio noturno de observação das estrelas (stargazing), em que tivemos a oportunidade, entre outros, de ver Jupiter e suas luas e Saturno e seus anéis. Foi demais! Ajab também foi super gentil conosco na condução desse passeio. Como falamos, fomos mesmo muito bem recebido por TODOS nesse hotel. Valeu cada segundo.

Beautiful setting all else a bit disappointing
Beautiful setting. Nice architecture. Everything else a bit lackluster. Came at the end of the main season and many activities are not available (camel rides, desert bbq, etc.) and the hotel was not very busy. Food could be much better. Highlights: Excellent service at pool bar and very knowledgeable falcon and owl handlers. Everyone else seemed bored.

This property is truly unique. I don't think I have ever stayed in a 5 star hotel with such exceptional service from every single member of staff. Truly outstanding. Farhan my "butler" was incredibly responsive and attentive to requests to make dinner, spa and activity reservations and the dune bashing with Saleem was just an incredible experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The pool area and swim up bar is amazing, I didn't want to leave and 4 nights felt like I'd been there for over a week. So relaxing. If I was being very (very) picky, and as a point of feedback for improvement, I'd say the food was pretty good (but not amazing) for a 5 star property - particularly in the Suhail restaurant which is very expensive. Nothing bad, just room for improvement in terms of the quality. The gym facility is also awesome, as is the spa. An amazingly good massage. Just what was needed after a long flight. thank you to all - I hope to be back!

Hotel incrível, experiência muito boa para ficar no deserto. atendimento em geral muito bom, limpeza ótima. Aconselho somente ao hotel melhorar o treinaemnto com os prestadores fazem os passeios de atrações do hotel.
