“I asked to be in a room away from elevators because I am very sensitive to the noise, which I explained to the front desk. While they did give me a room away from the elevators, she put me in a room next to the gym. There were lots of people coming in and out at all times and slamming doors, and the weights slammed on the floor constantly. Not the best customer service in my opinion ”

When I checked in, I was asked if that would be ok, but didn’t realize they were putting me in the building where it was being held.
