“I stayed two nights and nobody came to clean my room, despite the fact that I hung a "please clean my room" sign outside my door from morning until late at night. I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. The receptionist simply stated, "Why didn't you call last night, now the duty person has already left," without sorry or apologizing, and with an unhappy demeanor, as if it were all our fault.”

“I always stay in The Pines wherever I visit Malacca. I like the quiet location and also walking distance to nearby attractions. Reception is friendly. Clean room and ample parking space.”

“Very close to Jonkers street. Within walking distance. A little dated but worth the location. Don’t plan to be mobile with a vehicle, foot patrol is highly recommended. Lots of things to see within this location. Double jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise ”
