“This property is located just about 15 minutes walk from downtown. Property is surrounded by nice gardens and olive trees. The most disappointing was stuff, specifically, front desk and owners who run this property. I been traveling frequently, but never in my life I been experiencing that level of unprofessionalism. The front desk check in personal, was a owner too, extremely arrogant, rude, disrespectful The service we as a family received, makes me never ever wanting to visit this...

“La struttura era semplice ed essenziale ma pulita; i proprietari (due fratelli) sono straordinariamente gentili e ci hanno fornito molte informazioni su quanto avremmo potuto vedere nei dintorni. La posizione della struttura è molto buona (un po' difficile da trovare...), in zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro, comodissima per raggiungere Malia Vecchia e con facilità di parcheggio. Sono soddisfatto della scelta fatta, se non si cerca il lusso la struttura è vecchiotta ma ottima. Lo consiglio”

“The hotel is quite good, and well served (a restaurant pub is present), and the staff is very efficient, professional and kind. Unfortunately every service was at a surcharge (from the air conditioning, 8,5€ a day in a very hot room, to the key of the safe, 10€). It was impossible to lock your terrace, so sometimes I found some people sitting in my chairs at five o' clock in the morning, having an ice cream ;-)”
