Es tut uns aufrichtig Leid Ihre Erwartungen nicht erreciht zu haben.Leider, können wir die Lage und Toruisten die ums Hotel sind nicht ändern oder kontrollieren, was wir damit meinen ist dass ide Umgebung des Hotels viele Massen und verschiedene Aktivitäten anzieht. Aber alles was innerhalb im Hotel passiert können wir managen, dazu haben wir 24Std. eine besetzte Rezeption die alles versuchen wird Ihnen zu helfen.Auch wegen dem Abendessen informieren wir Sie, dass in allen Anbietern und unsere Webseite die Auskunft gibt, dass die Halbpension 'A la Carta' ist (Getränke nicht mit eingeschlossen). Wir haben auch keine Beschwerde oder Vermerk bekommen wegen einem kalten Essen. In diesem Falle würde wir sofort mit unserem Personal sprechen mit dies nicht wieder vorkommt um einen besseren Service zu machen. Normalerweise sind alle Gäste sehr zufrieden mit unserem Restaurant und unserer Bar.
