Generalmente giudizio molto positivo. Camera sulla strada rumorosa alla mattina alle 6 per pulizie strada ma solo in un occasione.

Fantastiskt hotell med trevlig pool och nära hav. Vi var där precis innan de skulle stänga för säsongen så poolen var rätt kall😀 Rummet var stort och fräscht och mycket välstädat. Köket rätt litet men där fanns precis allt vi behövde

Fantastic hotel in great location
Solid four star hotel in a great location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Quick check in. Bar staff and those around pool friendly and so glad they enforce the no sun bed reservations. Pool is a good size and never seemed too busy. Room was spacious, modern and clean, plenty of room for a family of three. Good little kitchen area which is well stocked. All in an all a great hotel for the price.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, en verder was het super, het ontbijt en diner was uitstekend, het uitzicht op het balkon van de kamer was prachtig. En de kamers werden iedere dag grondig schoon gemaakt. We hebben een mooie vakantie gehad, we komen zeker terug.

Ponent Mar is a great deal. It has an elegant beachy vibe without being over the top. And the location can't be beat, with gorgeous views of Palmanova and the Mediterranean, but located on the quiet side of the beach. Definitely get the breakfast! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our return visit
This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We love having the facilities to make meals if we want to. The facilities are great and the place is clean. Staff are very friendly. It was quite quiet given the end of the school holiday period. It was disappointing that some guests chose to provide loud music in sunbathing areas forcing their musical choice on the other guests. I do feel that we could have benefitted from a bit more information about the hotel activities and facilities available on our room as the QR code only provided info on menus.

Lovely family break
Everything was excellent. Nice quiet family hotel. Pool was great. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the view was spectacular. My only one issue was with the toasted rolls ordered from the bar, they were as hard as rock and when I went back to the bar the server told me that's just how they are and didn't offer me a refund or anything. The kids didn't or couldn't eat them. But when I ordered it was the last 2 so must have been stale. Wished there was a little more entertainment at night but overall I really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely visit again.

Séjour d'une semaine tout récemment : personnel très attentionné et polyglotte, ménage proposé quotidiennement, appartements fonctionnels, literie très confortable, parking sécurisé parfait. Location vélos, borne électrique, jeux plein air pour enfants. Balcon vue mer partout, piscine top (serviettes spéciales fournies sur demande), parasols et transats irréprochables. Plage à 2 mn à pied. Soirées animées au bar en soirée. Toit terrasse vue magnifique sur la baie. Nous n'avons pas testé tous les services hôteliers : spa, petit supermarché, buffet... Je recommande vivement car séjour exceptionnel !

The air conditioning didn’t work so we asked reception who sent some guys over to fix it and who said that in 15min everything would be ok, it got worse and we ended up spending our one night sleeping in 30degree heat. Awful

We were not satisfied with our room from our original booking. The hotel staff gave us an upgrade which was beautiful. The original room reminded me of a hostal. Very tiny. But the second was large and roomy. The staff at the front desk and lobby bar were extremely friendly.

Amazing amazing hotel
We had an amazing stay at Ponent Mar and will definitely come back when coming to Majorca. Both pools were lovely, good choice of sunbeds. Staff were friendly, amazing cocktails and lovely breakfast and poolside snacks. The beach/cove access was beautiful with ladder for the sea. Activities like yoga and aqua gym were also good and fun. Our room was massive (almost too big!) amazing balcony and views. Reception was always so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.
