Dear guest, thank you for sharing your stay with us and giving us like this the possibility to improve our service. We try our best to make the stay of every guest as pleasent as possible and therefore we regret to read your comment. We had an electric problem with the elevator that needed a special piece to be repaired, this was not available until next day and therefore in 24h it did not work. On the other hand we hope that, apart from that, you had a lovely stay in Palma and look forward to welcoming you soon back.
