HOTEL BELLO MA NON LO CONSIGLIO
avevo scelto questo hotel perchè dalle foto le camere appaiono nuove, ampie, pulite e confortevoli e soprattutto per la spiaggia privata, inclusa nel pacchetto, che per mia madre di 75 anni doveva essere molto comoda. Con grande sorpresa all'arrivo abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel era ancora in fase di completamento, e questo ci ha causato non pochi disagi, tra cui un sacco di rumore durante il giorno e andirivieni di operai da ogni parte. Le junior suite sono belle, nuove ampie con un soggiorno che dà su un bellissimo terrazzo con vista mare,molto silenzioso con lettino confortevole per prendere il sole. il bagno abbastanza grande, con vasca e doccia e senza bidet. C'è anche una stanza guardaroba, molto comoda per lasciare tutta la roba senza avere troppa confusione in camera. Come già detto l'hotel non era ancora del tutto finito e in camera mancava, lo scopino per il water, un qualsiasi gancio o barra per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno ed il telefono. C'era una bellissima tv a schermo piatto, ma solo con canali tedeschi e spagnoli. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, hanno cercato di sistemare la tv (che a loro avviso doveva avere anche canali in italiano), ma senza successo e dopo qualche sollecito siamo riusciti ad avere anche le altre cose mancanti. La spiaggia pubblicizzata NON ERA AFFATTO PRESENTE.I lettini in piscina erano quindi insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti e alla mattina bisognava andare presto per prendere il posto! cosa che odio non poco!!!

Fantastisk oplevese, smilende og hjælpsom personale. Ligger perfekt!! Er meget rent og selv om vi kom kl 23 fik tilbud et måltid. Der var super!! De har styre på alt!

Fantastisk personale og service døgnet rundt! Altid smil og godt humør blandt personalet og i receptionen gjorde de alt for at hjælpe med hvad der var behov for! Der kunne bruges mere tid på god lyd og musik/underholdning der også når voksne mennesker - der var meget fokus på småbørnsfamilier, hvilket er ok, men en god balance ville være fin! Fantastisk varieret mad både morgen, middag og aften - intet mindre end fantastisk at have all inclusive på dette sted!!!

Good for cheap family get away
Mixed thoughts really .. The all inclusive is very limiting. There’s just one restaurant which is very much quantity over quality. The included drinks are not the best, so we ended spending more to get brand names. Okay for a cheap family week, but not really a couples hotel. Staff lovely. Big rooms with nice balconies.

Very expensive for what you get
We arrived at 3:00 in the morning and had to drive around the block 3 times to find parking as there is no parking at the hotel. We booked a family room that stated there were 4 single beds. There were only 2 and a sofa. We then had to make up the sofa bed and the pull out camper bed ourselves. However, there was no spare bed linen so we had to wait for the night receptionist to bring it up. We then had to make them up ourselves. Breakfast is a strange affair. The hotel is used for package holidays so it was always really busy. The choice of breakfast was good but the cooked breakfast was largely inedible. There were 2 pools but it was too cold to swim in the main pool and the heated pool was very small! Plus they were only open 10:00 - 18:00 so no chance for a prebreakfast swim. The private beach was covered in seaweed do not very desireable. We didn't use any of the entertainment or children's clubs. We did want to hire bikes, but at €9 per bike for 4 hours for a family of four we decided against it!

Fergus style Cala Blanca Suites
We stayed in a Superior room which was located across from the main building. We had a pool and seaview and a free restockable soft drinks mini bar. The room was very clean with daily maid service and the bonus was a kettle in the room even although we were All Inclusive. The staff were very happy and welcoming especially in the restaurant. The food was roasting hot with plenty of choice. The restaurant was pleasant but there was also a side part just for adults which appealed to us in the evening. The hotel is located on a really nice beach Bay although it is very rocky underfoot so we didn’t go in the sea. The view is nice and you can lounge at the pool or on the sand. The entertainment looked fine and there’s a few bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. This is a really lovely hotel for those happy to relax and enjoy the hotels facilities in a nice quiet location.

Kid friendly hotel next to the ocean!
Very kid friendly hotel next to the ocean, no real sand beach although the pictures show sandy beach. The walls are thin and can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms. I would rate this hotel a 3 at best. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel

Palma get away
Great location for the beach and pool, although it did get very crowded during the day. Meals and meal times worked out well. We did have the all inclusive, which I would do again.

Pas de plage et trop trop bruillant
La plage n'existe plus du tout. Les conduites d'égouts sont persées et ça ne sent pas bon. Tout le littoral est envailli d'une couche de 50 cm d'algues en décomposition. La scène pour la Mini Disco des petits ou des spectacles en général est dehors, toutes les chambres donnant sur les minuscules piscines profitent du bruit jusque minuit. La cafétéria est assourdissante. Le soir il faut faire la queue pour accéder au self.

Tres belle experience dans un tres tres bel hotel! Personnel accueillant, à l'ecoute et toujours souriant! Bon emplacement de l'hotel! Et on mange bieen labas!! Seul petit inconvenient, si votre chambre se trouve pres de l'espace loisir, vous serez embetté le matin avec le bruit du ping-pong etc .. Sinon Franchement rien à dire!! je recommande vivement!!

This is the second time we have used this hotel and like it a lot but we won't be going all inc again mainly because of bar staff issues,however rest of staff are very friendly food is excellent with clean rooms and in a good position

Bra hotell m otrolig utsikt men vissa brister
Fint hotell som framför allt lever upp med sin fina fasad och härliga utomhusområde. Till exempel takterassen på ena byggnaden där bara +18 får vistas. Otroligt vacker utsikt! Rummen var ok men inget överflöd. Det som drar ner mitt betyg lite grann är att wifi var uruselt. Ca 0,8 MBit/s i receptionen och på rummet (vi bodde två våningar upp) funkade det inte alls, varken med tfn eller dator. Då detta var ett av mina kriterier när jag bokade var jag besviken på detta. Hittade en superbra restaurang ett par hundra meter bort som heter El Vivo som hade bra uppkoppling där jag kunde göra mina arbetsuppgifter. Kom också ihåg att detta är ett charterhotell för tyskar, engelsmän och fransmän.

what a wonderful hotel. extremely friendly staff. Excellent choice of food which changes daily. Lovely suite with great views. Caters perfectly for adults with and without children. Good location and close to everything. would highly recommend to anyone. We arrived at 1-30 a.m. and they had left in our room a supper of salad and meats with fruit and bread. Very thoughtful.

Comfortable hotel best suited to families
The hotel looks a bit tired but has excellent facilities for children. More suited to families as opposed to couples. The food is very well presented but we found the it tasted bland. The fish dishes were over-cooked, which is a pity as they would have been very good otherwise.

Dejlig beliggenhed med havudsigt. . Gode værelser. God buffet. Ulemper: Den private badestrand der annonceres med er ikke anvendelig. Den indendørs pool var under reparation og lukket. Ingen skiltning - måtte gå forgæves flere gange. Fik oplysning i reception. Fra morgen til sen aften dunker høj musik ud over hele hotelområdet fra centralt placerede højtalere. All Inclusive var ikke alt inkludferet. Der var flere undtagelser bl.a spiritus, snacks fra bar osv. Personalet , med ganske få undtagelser ( bla rengøringsdame ) var uinteresserede i gæsterne. Hilste ikke hverken goddag eller farvel - så lige igennem folk. Var fortravlede og spec den del nederst i restaurant ( ud mod poolområdet ) virkede til at ha dårlig kemi mellem de ansatte. ( Lille emsig " overtjener " hersede med de øvrige ) Afstedkom dårlig/trykket stemning. Ingen smil.

war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub in einem schönen Hotel.Würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen jedoch nur mit einem grösseren Zimmer…waren 4 Personen die Kids 16 13 Jahre mussten auf einem sehr schmalen ausziehsofa schlafen hatten kein richtiges Bett das war sehr schade..War vielleicht auch ein Missverständnis.Schade war auch das der Strand noch nicht Sommer-fertig war und man darüber nicht informiert wurde bei der Buchung…aber sonst wirklich schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Leuten und sehr gutem Essen

Bel hotel, belle suite avec une grande terrasse.
Bon accueil, bel endroit. Dommage que le ménage de la chambre soit très sommaire. Nous sommes restés 9 jours. C'est un hôtel pour les familles. Salle à manger très bruyante. Piscine dehors froide et celle de l'intérieur trop chlorée. L'endroit est magnifique même si la plage est minuscule. Heureusement pour nous en cette période d'octobre il n'y avait pas trop de monde. Rien à dire sur les repas, ils sont variés , bons et il ne manque jamais rien. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel très aimable.

Hotel a bannir si vous voulez du repos, les murs sont en "papier", vous entendez vraiment tout chez votre voisin. La musique à gogo hyper forte pendant les soirées d'animation, c'est à dire tous les soirs... Les enfants crient et courent dans tout l'hôtel ... Une piscine non chauffée hyper froide ...

Der Service ist bestens und die Aufmerksamkeit beim essen ist Super gut. Das essen ist lecker. Die Suite Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber, sind jedoch eher drei Sterne Standard wie der Poolbereich und das Restaurant von der Ausstattung auch.

Nice hotel, but beware of overbooking
Booked this hotel on its reviews, but on arrival, met another couple returning after 2 nights away due to overbooking. We were then also told it was overbooked and that we would need to spend 1 night in an alternative. This maybe a result of electing to pay at hotel rather than in advance, as understandably, they don't want no shows, but the alternative hotel was on the outskirts of Magaluf and although that hotel was very nice, it was an area we had intended to avoid. We were upgraded as a result of our night away from B&B to All Inc, plus having free use of safe. Taxi's &1st night meal were at no cost. Overall, this Fergus hotel is very nice and quiet, with good friendly staff, clean rooms, facilities and good selection of food. Only minor gripes are that the bathroom has the space for a bidet, but one is not fitted and that some of the rooms facing the front can suffer from traffic noise, mainly due to coaches stopping at the hotel, as it is in a cleft and the road is above. Originally, an Apart hotel, the recent refurbishment has converted the Kitchenette into a large wardrobe room and I believe further upgrading will take place over the winter of 2014/15. Finally, the local area is suffering somewhat from the trend of the local hotels(as elsewhere), go All Inclusive. The main resort is only a short walk away.

Lovely hotel set in own little cove
Spent 5 lovely days here, food absolutely spot on, spotlessly clean hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Eva who made our stay special, so very friendly and helpful, the bar staff Castro in particular and Lorenzo in the restaurant were very professional and did their best to make sure we had everything we needed. Eva arranged for an upgrade to our room and went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant holiday, will be going back next year for definite, fabulous hotel.

Hôtel correct sans plus, mais certainement pas 4 *. J'y ai passé une semaine mi-avril. L'hôtel n'était pas plein donc ça passait mais les équipements paraissent limités en cas d'affluence. Le parking était déjà saturé. Attention en haute saison. Ménage moyen, personnel peu réactif. Le pire était la WIFI, qui fonctionne très mal (quasi impossible avant minuit) et pourtant l'hôtel n'était qu'à moitié plein.

l hotel est tres moderne, tres propre et on y mage bien. Le personnel est tres gentil surtout jOSE Maria.. Les suites sont lumineuses et partout dans l hotel vous sentez une odeur tres agreable et fraiche. Les points negatifs c est que la plage n est pas amenagee devant l hotel et que celui ci est un peu en retrait si vous aimez les boutiques a 5 mn vousavez un petit centre commercial mais si vous aimez la ville il faudra marcher un peu. Le jour de notre depart nous partions tot mais ils ont ouvert la salle a manger rien que pour nous et nous avaient preparer un peu de tout et nous on permis d emporter ce qu on voulait; cela m a beaucoup touche car on pensait avoir juste une tasse de cafe. des animations sont organisees pour les enfants, ils savent aller en poneys plusieurs fois par jour. Nous avons passe un bon sejour, nous conseillons cet hotel

A real treat!
We had a really lovely holiday at this hotel. It is stylish, well kept and immaculately clean in all areas. The hotel is around a fifteen minute walk from the centre of Santa Ponsa and the main beach, but within close proximity to local bars, shops and restaurants. We have three children, age 3, 5 and 13 and the walk was pleasant, if a little hilly on the way back. The hilltop location of the hotel means you are greeted with stunning views of the sea and surrounding area and the sunset on an evening is beautiful. Our room was cleaned every day without fail and was comfortable and well-equipped with hairdryer, fridge and air-conditioning. Plenty of room for a family of five, with a lovely balcony and sea-view. We went all-inclusive and were treated to a vast array of food options, including at least three types of meat, fish, pasta and Spanish dishes (Paella etc) finger foods and not to mention the fresh fruit and wide variety of desserts every day. We were offered good quality wine, beer or water at evening meals and there is unlimited amounts of Coke, Sprite or Fanta in addition. At the bar, real brand drinks are served (in plentiful measures!!!) and the service is good. We have been truly spoilt! The children's entertainer, Nadia is wonderful and made our children's holiday very memorable. They, like us, were very sad to leave. It is early season, so adult entertainment hasn't really taken off, but there is an outdoor stage with ample seating area, so later in the season, there will be more to keep adults amused. it was so relaxing sitting on the patio, cocktail in hand, looking out to the sea, with the gorgeous Mallorcan sun on our skin. The views really are spectacular. My children loved spending time a the hotel pool, which was always clean. There are gentle water slides and a whole pool just for children, so toddlers can paddle safely. Never had any problems getting loungers, but might get busy in high season as this hotel will be popular. I have given the location 4 out of 5, due to its hilly location. It was never a problem for us as we enjoy walking, but may be for anyone with mobility problems. We hired a car and visited Alcudia, Palma, Palma Nova, Magalluf, Portals Nous and Puerto Pollensa. The children enjoyed playing in the hotel playground and there is table tennis and nets for football. The children will love the hotel's resident pony and the kids' club. Every night there is a mini-disco. It really is geared towards families and there is a good mix of nationalities, with pretty much all staff being able to speak English. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I hope this review helps - we would certainly go back!

Nice hotel and very good buffet
The buffet where very good in general. Only minor things to complain. The staff where very friendly and urgent to fix those small things. Very good service. Middle of April the beach wasn't cleaned and had no sand, but anyway seawater where too cold for swimming. We enjoyed the indoor swimmingpool. The area wasn't anything to speak of, but things doesn't look the same in low season. Many bars in the area. I will give my recomendation for the Fergus hotel.
