Great hotel, with a wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff were all so friendly, great pool area and we loved that there was a spa area to use, which was perfect when we had a rainy day.

This hotel is outstanding. Well appointed rooms, with plenty of USB ports for charging phones, etc. Wonderful, attentive, helpful staff, including Melanie, Esperanza, and Carmen in reception, and housekeeping and restaurant staff. One short block to beach. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Alcudia.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer wurden liebevoll hergerichtet und nach dem säubern fanden wir unsere Sachen ordentlich zusammengelegt bzw gestapelt wieder. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Very kind, highly approachable and enthusiastic staff in all departments: reception, housekeeping and food & beverage High level of finishing and upkeep of the hotel, rooms, restaurant and pool. The pillow service is a good example. Well before our stay we received an email asking our preference of pillows. During the first night we noticed it wasn't the right choice. The next morning we could change it without any effort into a very good alternative. Our room, the superior double, was spacious, modern and beautiful. We also had a balcony and sea view, but the view lacking the sea would be great as well. The bed was very good. The combination of the aircon and overhead fan was perfect for temperature regulation during the night, without any noise Open the balcony door and you are in the middle of city traffic noises, close it and it's silent. Also no noise from the hallway, besides the neighbour's door maybe. The pool area offers a variety of pool beds in and out the shade in a beautiful garden as well. The atmosphere is modern and boutique The spa is not an excuse-spa but a full options wellness with sauna, steam room, halio therapy, luxury warm pool with massage zones Breakfast is luxury, big variety on offer, daily changes in the buffet with surprising options. Also luxury because of the combined offer a la carte and buffet plus very good coffee. The combination of the staff and overall experience, the high quality standards gave us the ultimate holiday feeling.

Ein gutes überdurchschnittliches Hotel. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ist 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet. Der Eingangsbereich wirkt offen und modern. Das Zimmer ist mit einer Minibar und USB Steckdosen und LED-TV gut ausgestattet. Eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage wirkt bei 37° Außentemperatur, angenehm abkühlend. Beim Gang über die Straße erreicht man den ersten Supermarkt sowie einige Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist auch nicht weiter als 5 min. entfernt. Einzig der Preis ist relativ gesehen erhöht, entspricht aber dem, des mallorcinischen Sommerangebotes. Also nicht überteuert! Wir hatten ein einfaches Doppelzimmer im 1.Stock Anfang August 2023. Ich würde auch gerne wieder kommen, wenn der Preis, "so wie jetzt", stimmt (Relation zu anderen Hotels dieser Klasse zur Sommersaison).

施設も新しくて綺麗だし、朝食も種類豊富でした。 寒かったので屋外プールは諦めましたが、室内のプールやジムも２４時間無料で利用できました。 ビーチからは1本内側の通りになりますが、お値段も良心的で満足です。

Never have I ever asked for room service (towels, toothbrush) and had to go down to the lobby myself and pick them up. Never have I ever asked for extra blankets, was told to come down to the lobby, and was given just the bed sheets. Then had to go downstairs AGAIN to ask for the actual blankets. Excellent room and kind staff but poor service

Lovely quality boutique hotel - right in the heart of the Port area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep as well as the beach. Loved the atmosphere and staff, will definitely be back if we can!

4 Star at best, certainly not 5. Beds pretty basic and bit lumpy. Totally understaffed. Only one person on front desk the whole day and night, doing everything, including spa bookings and towels. Disorganised no milk or toaster in buffet, Steam room broken for whole trip etc. Pretty basic

Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben spass an der Arbeit. Zimmer und Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wir haben hier 5 Nächte genossen und würden sofort wieder gehen. Alles perfekt!

Everything about the hotel was fabulous, from the staff to the rooms to the spa to the excellent breakfast options. We went early in the season, so it was quieter than it would be during peak summer but that was perfect for my friend and I as we were looking for a relaxing break. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are many good restaurant options within a very short walking distance, especially in the direction of the marina. The hotel is on a side road that gets a fair bit of traffic but that's only really apparent when you're by the pool. This didn't bother us, but it might be a deal-breaker for some guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked last minute as an add-on to our stay in Mallorca & Alcúdia Port Suites did not disappoint. LOCATION Situated just off the first row of buildings to the beach, Alcúdia Port Suites is ideally situated near the port, beach, great restaurants & Alcúdia town center. Parking might be a bit difficult here, but luckily we had a Mini Cooper & found a spot right beside the hotel. CHECK-IN The reception staff was nice and accommodating. They offer you champagne & water upon arrival. ROOM We found the room layout to be extremely ideal. We liked that it was separated into 4 quadrants - Bedroom, Living, Desk/Coffee/Closet, Bathroom. The entire room can be opened up to make it feel like one spacious room or partitioned off for privacy. If you are a group of not super close friends, maybe this isn't the room for you as the bathroom cannot be closed off. FOOD/RESTAURANT We did not try FACILITIES They have a spa & hammam that is open for use. This is a nice extra bonus. They also have a pool for a more relaxing water experience minus all the fuss of sand. CHECK-OUT It was a nice touch that even though check-out is at Noon, they offer to keep your luggages, give you beach towels & you can shower and change in the spa. It's really helpful especially if you have a later flight or your check-in somewhere else is later in the day.
