bella vacanza
Un po defilato rispetto agli altri ma gli concede tranquillità che in vacanza non guasta mai. La hall rispetto agli altri ti lascia un po perplesso al momento dell'arrivo, spartana e molto piccola, in compenso il personale è molto cordiale ed efficiente. Il livello di pulizia e molto buono, purtroppo usano per la cucina un prodotto a base d'aceto sgradevole soprattutto nei primi giorni, poi ci si abitua (non del tutto). Noi non abbiamo usato la cucina dato la scelta della mezza pensione, a pranzo eravamo sempre in spiaggia, ma risultava completa di tutto per cucinare. Il ristorante, abbiamo usufruito quello del Cala Azul Park perché piu vicino 50 m presenta una cucina internazionale curata e molto varia con prodotti di qualità e personale attento, veloce, gentile. Le piscine sono parecchie con una buona disponibilità di sdraie purtroppo diversi ospiti le occupano con i teli gia dal mattino presto. Spettacoli sia per bambini,( molto bravi i ragazzi dell'animazione anche se rivolta prevalentemente per la clientela tedesca le mie figlie si sono trovate bene), che per i grandi di ottimo livello (superlativa la coppia di prestigiatori). Il Cala Azul Garden dispone pure di un park privato molto comodo

ottimo per famiglie
L'hotel si trova in una posizione un pò defilata rispetto agli altri della catena Inturotel, ma questo lo rende più tranquillo. La reception non è molto curata, ma per il resto tutto è strutturato come gli altri della catena ed è dotato di ampia piscina. La formula aparthotel la ritengo ottima per le famiglie, hai i servizi di un hotel e la libertà di un appartamento. Puoi decidere se mangiare al ristorante oppure cucinare nell'angolo cottura in camera e tutti i giorni la camera ti viene riassettata . Le camere sono spaziose tutte con aria condizionata e dotate di sala con 2 divani letto un tavolo, angolo cottura , camera da letto ampia, bagno e terrazzo. L'arredamento ha qualche anno ma è funzionale , tranne la tv che è ancora un vecchio 15" con tubo catodico e rende la visione quasi impossibile con i canali che trasmettono in 16:9. Appena fuori dall'hotel ci sono negozi e ristoranti, ma non fatevi ingannare, non è quello il centro del paese. Il centro di Cala D'or è poco distante ed è tutt'altra cosa , sembra un salotto, pieno di ristoranti gelateria bar e negozi e merita veramente una passeggiata serale

Bra valuta för pengarna. Bra läge med närhet till stränder och allt man behöver. Hotellet har några år på nacken vilket märks på standarden, men för priset är det det helt ok!

Despite being dated, still a decent value property in Cala D’Or located close to shops and restaurants. The pool is nice, but keep in mind the people “reserve” their Sun loungers so after 9 there are none left. The main downside I would say is the noise which after 7:30 in the morning is pretty constant: furniture screeching, doors slammed and also noise from corridor. If you plan to sleep late this is not the hotel for you. Other small things like charging for the safe are also a bit stingy, but I guess this one is at least clear.

Hôtel vraiment bien. Chambre plutôt propre. Super pression pour l'eau dans la salle de bain. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation qui n'empêche pas d'entendre le voisin ronfler, le frigidaire plutôt bruyant, les coqs 🐓 qui chantent la nuit.

Amazing overall
Amazing hotel and we had a truly great time, highly recommended! We went as a family of four with half board. Pros: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool Amazing food offering for both breakfast and dinner, vast selection and very delicious! Great free entertainment included, particularly for the kids! We did not leave our kids in the miniclub for the entire day, but the minidisco every night was second to none! The guys and girl running it are so passionate about what they do, always performing with a genuine smile and radiating love for children and the work they do! A lovely cat, hens and roosters live in the yard, making a morning wake up quite unique! Great WiFi in the apartment Lovely family friendly location with plenty of shops, restaurants and a kids entertainment park nearby, as well as a beach all within walking distance. Cons: Parking - no official parking that we could find with limited on street parking at the back of the hotel - we were lucky enough to always find a space but can imagine it being a nightmare in the very busy summer season The apartment, although clean and fully functional, is quite dated - could do with an upgrade of furniture and decor There were a couple of occasions when the hot water in the shower just ran out.. Soundproofing of apartments could be improved

The stay was ok. We reached at night and the receptionist had no idea how to direct us to parking, there was no drinking water available at the property. Overall I will book another hotel next time I am in Mallorca.

Vi boede i en dejlig lille lejlighed med en skøn stor altan med sol hele dagen og en dejlig udsigt til poolen. Alt var rent og lækkert. Personalet altid smilende og behjælpelige. Også omgivelserne var fantastiske hotellet ligger i en stor hyggelig have. Hvis vi kommer en anden gang til Cala d'Or vil vi booke det samme hotel og gerne lejlighed nr. 236.

Excellent budget option
The property is very tired looking, and our apartment had no frills. However, that was to be expected at the price we paid. The whole site was immaculately clean which was wonderful. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - we needed a doctor quite urgently for our daughter and one arrived within 20minutes of us arriving, way before the official check in time. They were cheerful throughout and wonderful with the children.

We had a nice stay here. It's part of a 3-hotel complex with some shared amenities. They had outdoor tents like live music every night we were there. The buildings are not new and they show some ware & tear, but they are kept up pretty well. Staff is friendly and the location is great, very close to the beach. The mediate area has a lot of shops and restaurants. This is not the best area if you want a truly authentic or more private / serene experience. But the beaches nearby are beautiful and there are a lot of services nearby.

Superbe accueil, très propre, chambre bien équipée. Hotel faisant partie d'un groupe à l'intérieur duquel nous pouvons profiter de toutes les animations mais juste assez à l'écart pour ne pas souffrir du bruit, très calme !

Gute Adresse in Cala D'Or in toller Strandnähe
Nur jeweils ca. 100-150 m von der Cala Esmeralda und Cala Ferrera, zwei wunderschöne Badebuchten, entfernt. Hotel und Außenanlage sauber und gepflegt. Eher ruhig gelegen. Zimmer/Apartment ebenfalls gut und auch für 4 Personen groß genug. Mobiliar nicht mehr ganz modern, aber in gutem Zustand. Großer Pool, es gab immer freie Sonnenliegen, schöner Garten mit Palmen un Pinien. Essen/Buffets mit großer Auswahl im Schwesterhotel Esmaralda Park ca. 150 m entfernt. Animation und Unterhaltung findet auch hier statt, Pools und weitere Angebote können dort ebenfalls genutzt werden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Inturotels in Cala D'Or scheinen gut gemanaged zu sein. Wir waren zum 2. mal in einem und würden sicher wieder eines wählen.

Das Hotel ist ok, ich war bereits das dritte mal dort. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden, diesmal gab es aber echt einige Mängel: 1. Die Schranke zum Parkplatz liess sich mal öffnen, mal nicht. Blöd, wenn man mit Familie den Wocheneinkauf schleppen muss und es in der Nähe keine anderen Parkplätze gibt. 2. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte mal, aber auch mal nicht. Der Pool ist herrlich, die Angestellten ausnahmslos freundlich. Allein werde ich wieder hierher kommen - als Familie eher nicht. Preis-Leistung ist ok.
