Hotel fantastico
Quando abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, aveva aperto da un mese, per cui era stra-nuovo. Le stanze non sono moltissime, cosa che permette al personale di curare i clienti in maniera quasi familiare. Il letto era enorme e comodissimo! Il bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. La colazione di ottima qualità.

Dejligt roligt hotel på promenaden.
Dejligt hotel på promenaden ved stranden. Godt værelse med balkon mod havet. Fint badeværelse. God seng, ingen støj om natten. Dejlig morgenmad med flere valgmuligheder. En smule dyrt i forhold til sæsonen og andre steder på Mallorca.

Excellent customer service. The staff on check in couldn’t do enough for us, giving great recommendations. We also left behind a couple of items which they posted internationally free of charge. Definitely recommend to those visiting Pollenca

La Goletta was a very relaxing place to stay. The beach was so convenient just 25 yards away and the hire of a parasol and sunbeds at 15 euros a day was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Carlos on reception who answered a million questions and our breakfast waiter Enzo. Thoroughly recommend La Goletta to everyone and the lovely resort of Porto Pollensa.

Just spent 10 nights as a solo traveler at the Goleta hotel. Location stunning. literally cross the road and you’re at the beach. Parasols and towels provided for the beach but be aware if you require a sun bed/lounger it’s 15 euros daily. At the top of the hotel, there is a plunge pool and approximately 7 sun lounges and 4 deck chairs but it lacks atmosphere and is quite noisy due to hotels air con system I think. There is just the one restaurant on the ground floor which is pleasant. Breakfast is plentiful and I can recommend the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The service is good. The staff in the restaurant are polite and welcoming especially the young chap from Argentina. Most of the reception/ front of house are very professional and helpful, particularly the tall more mature chap and the lovely lady that went out of her way to help me tune in to watch the Lionesses in the semi final. However, there is one that is very surly, rarely looked up to say good morning or afternoon and was rather rude when I questioned a couple of items that should not have been on my hotel bill, Granted these things happen but it’s the way that things are said and handled that can or cannot make a positive impact. The restaurant lacks atmosphere and is rarely busy. Breakfast is good as I mentioned early but alas the evening menu not as so much. Salads are good but there are not a lot of options. Rooms small but clean and comfortable.

Every member of hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is immaculate with a rooftop plunge pool with views over the bay. The standard room we had was compact but immaculately clean with a great bathroom and everything you needed for a lovely stay. Breakfast in the hotel cafe downstairs was amazing! Again with very friendly and efficient staff. Free tea and coffee 24/7 and a water fountain just topped off this really well run hotel.

A really nice little hotel.
Really nice little hotel with superb staff. When coming back to Pollença would I stay here again - Yes, definitely!!! Especially good for us who like to cycle/run etc. super convenient end good service. Very good breakfast and yes, the beach is just outside.

A short break in a longer stay
This is the second time we have stayed here. We wanted a change in scenery and Puerto Pollensa was lovely. Our room was small and unfortunately overlooked a couple of balcony’s but it had super air con a large shower room and was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

Really nice staff and it’s ideally situated. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. Beach just across the road. Beach towels in your room with a beach bag. Nice bathroom products. Would definitely return.

Rooms were very small .. no tea and coffee in the room ..Carlos on reception was exceptional .. no info in the room .. no bin in the room … The staff in Resturant were very pleasant .. Albeit the breakfast was very average

Hola,First of all we would like to thank you for your visit and for taking the time to share your experience with other travellers. Thank you also for your kind words for Carlos :) It is true our rooms are not the biggest but, as other guests say, "you have everything you need". In reference to the coffee and tea supply all our guests have all they need for free in our coffee and tea corner available 24/7 in our Cafetería. We do of course provide a bin in all our room bathrooms, and recycling corners in all our corridors. An extra bin would have been provided if you had requested it. About info in the room we provide QR codes at the back of all our room doors with info related to the hotel facilities and also surroundings such as restaurant and beach recommendations. If you prefered not to use the QRs, we would have been very pleased to inform you at the front desk about any doubt you may have had. It would have been really nice to get your comments during your stay in order to find easy and quick solutions. Wish you all the best in your future journeys!

Cool Beach Front location
Cool Vibe in this Small boutique hotel with front Line location and sea view. Great breakfast buffet and super friendly staff. Located on the more “touristy” part of the promenade, South of the Marina - but only a few minutes from the Pine Walk. The rooms are on the small side but well appointed. The decor is modern. The roof top pool is also limited in size. Parking is on the public Streets nearby and can be a challenge.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, weitgehend ruhig und zentral gelegen. Strand vor der Tür, genauso Einkaufdmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.Besonders möchten wir das durchwegs freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal des Hoteks UND des Bistro's hervorheben, welches zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit für alle Anliehen da war. Betten weich und bequem, Bad sehr groß, kleiner Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und schmaler Mini-Balkon vorhanden.Handtuch und Sonnenschirm -Service und Wasser/Kaffee rund um die Uhr sind super!!Verdunkelung und Schalldichtung könnte noch etwas besser sein.Tolle Aussicht am Rooftop-Pool, dieses könnte größer sein, da es nicht voll war, war er aber völlig ausreichend. Frühstück top und bis 11:00, dafür ein großes Plus da wir im Urlaub gerne länger schlafen!Einziges Minus: Hotel ist Adults only, Frühstück im nebenliegenden Restaurant leider nicht. Gerade die schreienden Kinder beim Frühstück wünscht frau sich nicht bei Adults-only...evt seperaten Bereich schaffen? Sonst alles top, ein großes Lob auch für den gelebten Klima- und Umweltschutz!!Wir kommen gerne wieder- nächstes Mal hoffentlich Seafront.

The thoughtful attention to detail and helpful staff makes this one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Outstanding customer service and Spanish hospitality at its best. The hotel is conveniently located, has an impressive pool terrace and delicious breakfast. The experience was perfect

Amazing location in the heart of the city.
La Goleta was great! The staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was in the heart of Puerto Pollensa with numerous shops and restaurants. The daily breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. We will definitely be back to Puerto Pollensa and the La Goleta!!

Comfortable and convenient
The property is conveniently located. Check in was easy. The property was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable - everything functioned as expected. Note: there is no reserved parking available - only street parking. We were lucky to find a space near the hotel but the space was one of only 2-3 available spaces throughout the streets in the small area of the port.
