Family Stay
The Cabin & everything was great, modern & near, the only thing I would add was a lot of the dishes was still in the dishwasher & I wasn’t sure if they were even cleaned. Another thing was the check in, we didn’t receive an email with codes or ion check in information, even though they said they emailed it, we never received anything, so make sure you call the office if this happens to you to make sure you have everything you need upon check in.

I went in Mammoth Lakes to participate to the OCRWC event. Being at the Courchevel house was the perfect combination. The unit was just everything that was expected and more. We even had access to a nice spa after the race.

Nice Place and clean.
Great location and cozy. Be advised, the garage is small and may not accommodate your vehicle. But there is other parking available. I would stay again.

This is a nice big condo and close to canyon lodge. 7 minute walk. Place was immaculate and quiet. Loved having 2BR/2bath. Management also very attentive. Would definitely stay here again with my husband and son for a ski weekend

Great Property Except for the Heat
We have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times over the past several years. The place is always very clean. There is a garage which is the biggest draw for us because we can store our bikes there (the keypad doesn’t work but that doesn’t bother us). The only drawback, and we have mentioned this previously and so have others, is that the upstairs rooms are so hot. The owners made an update to remove the door from the main bathroom to the shower which is a great update, but why not install ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Even though it was in the 50’s overnight, the bedrooms were so hot it was hard to sleep. Previously, there was at least a box fan in the room, but that’s gone. Also, the cable didn’t work downstairs but did in the bedroom. Luckily, we brought our fire stick from home. The internet was real spotty, too. Definitely a great space and location, just bring a fan.

Decent place, a few problems
The space needs updating but was generally fine, as most condos around Canyon are.... The few problems we had were that there are large black ants throughout. There is not a trail. They just appear randomly, including in on of the beds several times, and in the carpet downstairs. There were a couple basics missing, such as a tea kettle, which were surprising in an otherwise well-appointed kitchen. The sofa is large but uncomfortable, becuase the seat cushions need to be pushed back in often. The garage key code box didn't work, and we weren't made aware until we called management to figure it out. The master bed was very comfortable, the heaters worked well, and the layout works well for 2 couples or a family of 4 where the kids can share a bed (the second room upstairs has a queen bed). Management was responsive and easy to reach. Walk to Canyon was 8-10 mins. Hot tub for complex is close to the unit. Apparently a renovation is planned soon, and I'd consider staying again once that's done.

Great place for two friends or two couples
Well appointed kitchen, comfortable common areas. Decent bedrooms and bathrooms. All spotless. Could use new carpetting but everything else was great. Easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Only tweak was check-in process. Usually info comes via VRBO app. These owners send check-in info with your receipt, and the keybox codes are buried in the fine print--I never saw it. I had to send a message via VRBO to get the code. Reply came via email. Only caused a few minutes of worry that we couldn't get in. The complex's office doesn't handle VRBO check in.

Lovely property in a great location!
This townhouse is well maintained and very comfortable. The property management company and owner were very responsive. This townhouse is located on the end of a row of so it has windows on the front, back and side with a view of the mountains to the west. Garage parking is a definite plus.

Quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 4 adults. The condo was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet and off the beaten path. It was a little warm because there is no AC which we were completely aware of. The box fan provided definitely helped. I would say it would be nice if there were one in each bedroom. Other than that we had no complaints.

Love this spot!
Loved this place, the location, everything. The only concerns from other reviews were about ants -didnt see one and, and seating not being too comfy. I noticed the couch wasnt great, that's for sure, but even being sore from riding all day, didnt bother one bit. I loved having the garage, the place was nice, clean, stylee, GREAT location to the mountain. Everything was super. Only thing is I didn't love my bed. I travel a lot and while I think the bed was probably decent in terms of cost I just found it way too firm. I typically like firm beds. But that's such a subjective thing. All in all, super stoked on the experience. Would stay here again, for sure.

I absolutely love this unit.
This unit has large windows for lots of natural light and great views of the beautiful pines. The unit is very clean and well taken care of. The light fixtures have good bulbs. This may sound stupid but I can’t tell you how many places I have stayed with bad lights!! Only used the master bed and it was fine for me. I have a bad back and I was not uncomfortable. I would most definitely recommend this unit and I will definitely stay here every time i can. I do have 2 dogs I sometimes bring and unfortunately this unit does NOT allow dogs. There are stairs to get in the unit and stairs in the unit but I enjoyed the workout I thank you for a wonderful stay.

Almost a big YES!
This was a functional place to stay for a family of a four. Loved the fireplace, the garage, close walk to Canyon Lodge to catch the lift, and short drive into town. We did encountered ants at every turn during our stay which became a real nusaince. Apparently, they are working on a solve for this issue...Othewise, it worked out well for our family.

Excellent lodging, walk to Canyon Lodge
Lodging was excellent, updated and clean. Kitchen nice with of settings (and dishwasher). Corner unit provides better natural light. Easy 4-5 minute walk (uphill) to Canyon Lodge. Garage for car and to store equipment (can be locked). Beds comfortable (need new pillows), lots of closet and drawer space. Living area also comfortable. Great heat, with fireplace (and firewood). Two bathrooms a big draw for a family. On-site poll and jacuzzi, but we did not use. I would definitely stay here again. On the nit side, we had to buy a fire-stick for the fireplace since one was not in the unit (I called the desk and they would come by the next day). Kitchen also did not have plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

Comfy Condo
This is our second year staying in this condo, and it’s just as great this year as last. Condo has a garage for bikes or other sports equipment which is a huge bonus for us. Inside, the condo has a kitchen with everything you need, including blender, toaster oven, even a rice cooker! Baths and kitchen are beautifully updated. The living room has a huge comfortable couch, dining room seats 8, updated tv’s in living room and master bedroom. The only con is there aren’t ceiling fans in the bedrooms so it can get a little stuffy. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Ugraded, clean and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay here, the unit is well kept and clean. The kitchen and both bathrooms are very nice with upgraded fixtures and appliances. The furniture is comfortable, nice large size televisions in the main living area and the master bedroom. The garage is a nice feature as well. We will stay here again without hesitation.

Nice, comfortable and private getaway place!
Two nights was too short a stay for such a nice place with plenty of room and 1/2 block from Canyon lodge. Not just a place to sleep, the amenities and set up including private one-car garage underneath the unit made for a pleasurable stay. This made my Favorites list right away. Well kept, clean and modern.

My Kind of Place
Sunny, uncluttered, quiet, clean, with all the essentials and nothing else. I appreciate simplicity in a rental unit. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. Tree top views and lots of sky make being indoors, when Mammoth is really about being outdoors, a winner. I'll be returning!! When the cleaning crew does a more thorough cleaning and dusting job (window tracks, etc.), I'll give it 5 stars.

Comfy Beds, Great Location
We loved our stay at this condo and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Mammoth. The living room has a comfortable sectional with plenty of seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as plates and utensils, just bring your food! The beds are comfortable with nice linens. We especially appreciated comfortable beds after a day spent being active outside. Bathrooms are beautifully updated. The whole place is clean and has a private garage. We had one small issue which was the garage door opener not working while we were there, and we were notified before we got there and were able to work around it. You should book this condo!

Loved it!
This was a perfect condo for me and my friend since we each had our own bathroom & bedroom. The condo is upgraded nicely throughout! Comfortable couch and firm beds with nice bedding. It has a well stocked kitchen with the basics you would need for cooking but since there are so many great restaurants in Mammoth, we pretty much just had a little breakfast before heading out for our hikes. The location is great too, you can walk to both Canyon Lodge which is very close, and a little longer but do-able would be the Village. The patio is large enough to put a few chairs out there and enjoy the scenery & glass of wine :) I look forward to staying here again next summer!

Nicely furnished end unit.
Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Garage opener did not work, so the guys had to manually open and close. The pool and spa were clean and nice. Quite a hike up the stairs to them. Residential views. Walk downhill to town and bus is available to bring you back uphill. We would use again.

The best condo we have stayed in at Mammoth Mountain.
Everything was perfect. The condo is updated and very attractive and comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples. It was immaculately clean, close to the lifts and has an attached garage. Something you don't see very often in a rental condo. Will definitely book again. Our #1 choice in Mammoth.

We loved Courchevel #27! It was the perfect size for our family of 4, and plenty of extra room for everything! Having the garage was a huge perk, and the kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated. Beds were super comfortable, and the place was clean and fresh! Very good location and very nice apartment
My husband and I are very happy, we had a very good time in this apartment, it's clean, well decorated, walking distance to the ski lifts, every things you need to cook are in the kitchen. The only missing things was the washing machine, otherwise it was really perfect! Karen Ramelli

Updated condo close to the Mountain
The condo is updated with a great floor plan. The main floor is open with a nice kitchen that has been updated. The two bathrooms were also updated and the rooms had nice amenities. It is close to the Canyon Lodge, about two blocks away and worked perfectly for our ski weekend. We would even go back to the condo for lunch because it was so close. There is a gondola at the Canyon Lodge that will take you into the center of town or you can pick up the trolley after hours. The public transportation was all free and easy access. We parked the car in the garage and didn't need to use it the whole time. The hot tub access is right next door to the condo and was perfect after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo and can't wait to plan another trip back to Mammoth.

Awesome unit!
Loved it! First class! No issues at all and nicely appointed. Short walk to lifts, village gondola and spa areas. Communial laundry has all you need for detergents etc. Looking forward to another trip and will book with this unit/owner again. Enjoy!
