Bellissima struttura, ben organizzata e situata in un'ottima posizione. Personale gentile, pulizia impeccabile e cibo di buona qualità. La stanza familiare vista mare davvero spettacolare.

Everyone should be treated equally, regardless of their nationality, race, or culture. I felt they favored Germans more than others, which is not how it should be. However some were nice and friendly.

Point positif : Tout est bien l hôtel est super les repas variés très satisfaite et très propres toujours au occupé a nettoyer merci au femme de chambre très gentil travail au méticuleux et aussi le réceptionniste sa gentillesse lors de l arrivée et aussi plein de magasins bazar autour de l'hôtel les mini autobus ( dolmuch) qui facilite les.trajet pour 1€( 32 lirra) aller simple Point négatif : juste les serveurs dans le grand dîner il'y a toujours se favoritisme .

Great time was had in the end because we went with another group. The room when we arrived was set up with one double bed and one single bed... for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). I asked for another bed and got given a broken rollaway base with a paper thin mattress. For a 5 star establishment and to expect anyone even a child to sleep on that for 9 nights, I was shocked. Response from management on this point was not great. So if you are booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children beware of what is being offered to you as an option!! No response from the hotel on my messages prior to arrival. This was consistent though with other guests.. From a service perspective we had a couple of vegetarians in the party. Upon late night arrival we were offered a cold meal, we had said two were vegetarian but the plate arrived with fish and chicken so we explained we dont eat it. The waitress simply picked up the fish and chicken with a fork and took it off the plate and then expected the vegetarians to be ok with that. After a couple of rounds of communication with broken english we finally sucfessfully communicated and we actually got a delicious hot meal of pasta. The head chef was really accomodating and fabulous and there was a good vegetarian selection of food on most days. The fresh pasta bar was a bonus. Great bar serviceService at the beach bar varied dependant on person serving.some accomodated vegetarian asks due to limited veg options on menu,others asked to stick to menu

İki yetişkin kişilik oda ayırttım ama yalnız tatile geldim ilk gece bayan misafirim oldu ve sabahı o kadın ayrıldı ve Resepsiyonist gideni check out etmedi ve 3 gün boyunca oda çift kişi kayıtlı gözüktü sonraki sefer başka bayanı ben odaya almaya kalkınca güncelleme veya gerekirse fiyat değisikliği yapmadılar ben tartışınca beni Otelden geceyarısı kovdular ve 3 günlük paramı peşin iade etti Otel İdaresi çok muhafazakar hiç memnun kalmadım.
