I booked for two nights and I struggledto sleep as I was feeling so cold at night. The heating is off all day and night and when I asked for a portable heater, I got a broken heater which did not work at all. The room is in need of reburbishment and there is a lingering stuffy odour in the room.

Arrived, struggled to park as car park is not big enough for amount of guestss. Room smelt of smoke and cannabis so asked to switch rooms, second room better but bathroom not the cleanest. Went out in the evening, upon returning could not get back in to room as key card did not work. Then kept awake most of the night as walls are paper thin, hotel noisy all night with no measures in place for noise control. Would not recommend.

I've stayed a few times at this hotel. The staff are always friendly. The saying you get what you pay for is true here. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and sleep was interrupted due to someone thinking it would be fun to set the fire alarm off at 4am, so the residents had to evacuate the building. The bedrooms are crying out for refurbishment. As i say, you get what you pay for.

There is no heater on my room i have to sleep with my winter jackets Very bad experience and it was a smokers room everywhere was smelling with cigarette. I regret bookings this hotel

No respect from room next door
We've used this hotel in the past without any probs but thi last occasion was awful ,we had an early morning flight so we went to bed about 9.30 by about midnight the room next door decides to have a karaoke to the tv the room was full of girls singing their heads off they werent bothered about rooms around them so i went down to reception to complain, so the guy came up and spoke to them ,tv went down and noise stopped for about 30 mins then it resumed with more shouting singing swearing they sounded of their heads so went down to reception again and i asked to be moved which wasnt great at around midnight,

Awful.
Stains all over the place, mattress was springy and in the end had to sleep (what sleep I did get) on top of the duvet in clothes! Smelt of weed in the corridors! All in all I knew it wouldn’t be the best but I’ve stayed in better 6 bed rooms in hostels that were cleaner!

Cheap, clean and convenient
I've stayed here many times, as it's convenient for where I have hospital appointments, and also for the occasional overnight stay before a flight the next day. It's comfortable enough and usually clean and it's in a very convenient location. People may complain about it being a bit dated, but, hey, it's cheap and clean! The staff are usually polite, friendly and helpful, as they should be. There are shops, cafés and restaurants 5 min walk away, if you don't want to eat at the hotel (the menu is fairly good, but what I'd call standard fare and the food is fine). There are a choice of buses from the bus stop outside the hotel that go directly to Manchester Picadilly (although it will take you the best part of an hour) and also to the Airport. You don't even have to cross the road. The bus stop is immediately in front of the hotel building. The hotel does provide a Shuttle service, if you prefer that. There are no Metrolink stops nearby, however. But with the buses there's no real need. I usually travel by car and there has only been one time when I've had a problem finding a parking space at the huge hotel car park. I book breakfast every time I stay, which is buffet style and it's adequate and reasonably priced if pre-booked. Apparently they can cook vegetarian sausages on request, which is good to know. My only real complaint is that the WiFi is not free and I did try to pay to use it but it would not work on my devices at all. I had plenty of 4G/5G though.

Far from the airport without free shuttle ( I don’t understand why it is called Airport ) The shuttle is 10£ per person Taxi is 20£ ( and not 15£ as mentioned in the reception The food in the restaurant is not quality food They didn’t ask if we want a king size bed or twin beds The room is noisy ( traffic all the night, not well isolated)

Overnight Airport Stay
Great airport overnight stay prior to catching an early flight. Comfortable, spacious room and very quiet. Ample car parking spaces although they are a little tight. Would use this hotel again with no problem

Was nice but single beds are on wheels so when you move feels like your in earthquake, restaurant is limited to overpriced burger, Pizza or 5 other random dishes. Breakfast is all you can eat but they give you a really small plate so you have to go up twice to get moneys worth.
