Due to low demand, the restaurant stayed closed for few days and service was running as usual at the Store Street Craft Bar. I have passed your feedback to the F&B Manager and the will look into it. I am really sorry that you didn't have enough sleep during your stay. Has the issue been reported to Reception in order to arrange a room move?
