Meglio evitare
Pulizia inesistente, comfort zero, prima relegati in una dependance con lavandino inutilizzabile, poi spostati. Decisamente da evitare anche per una notte.

Poor facilities, very limited transportation. It is not like a hotel and the price does not match the service.

It's close to the airport so It's convenient but It's very noisy as you can hear the airplanes landing and taking off. I couldn't sleep with the noise and the place is a bit ran down.

There were bedbugs and they bit me. Horrible horrible experience. I have photo and video proof too. Please don’t book it.

Room was in poor condition. There were no towels in the room. The lever to direct the water from the faucet to the shower head was missing so there was no way to bathe. Close to the airport but horrible hotel.

Property is terrible, not safe at all. It is behind a restobar, very scary, NOT Recommended.

Hi Delia,The area you mentioned in the pool area which is properly secured with a guard, the hotel itself is the large building which is a normal hotel.

We were shocked with the state of our room. The air conditioner was battered and noisy, there were cracks in the wall, peeling paint, water leaking on the floor from a hose in the bathroom and the curtains fell down when we tried to open them. The towels were frayed and the room was overall quite dirty, especially the floors. Couldn’t wait to leave!

Slitent hotell, men nærme Terminal 1. Vi valgte å spise på KFC som ligger ved siden av og begge bli matforgiftet. Vi hadde problemer i over en uke.

Rundown and old. Toilet seat was unattached to system. Only one old tow for the of us. Was given another after request. The view/ balcony was a mess. They haven't swept that area in awhile. Tried to check in 15 minutes early due to fatigue. Was told to wait till exactly 2pm. While it it close to the airport. I would not recommend to any of my friends or family.

Hi Romy,Sorry about the right number of towels not being there at the start. Regarding the early check-in please understand that at the time you were checking in there were multiple other guests as well and we had to prepare their rooms as well.

They say that they are a 5 minute walk to the airport. It took a taxi 14 minutes. They are not near the international terminal. The toilet didn’t flush and water pressure was terrible.

In walking distance from terminal 1. I've stayed here multiple times now and the airport hotel is perfect for long layovers during transit to rest, take a shower, and get food in one of the nearby restaurants. I requested an early AM check-in and early evening checkout which the staff accommodated for me. I'll be staying here again in the future.

The only good thing is the location, a few minutes walk from NAIA T1. The room is extremely basic, the cleanliness is ok for a short stay.

the photos they take are very very doctored. I got this corner room. the bed was made for a child. aircon was old and didn't work properly. one towel that was grey, but new was probably white. otherwise, it was a room with a tv and a bed, not even a night stand.

Hi Andrew,Sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay, but the bed in your room is the standard size for the room type as shown with the picture. It's possible you were looking at a different room type. With regards to the aircon it was working upon further testing.

The staff was great but, based on my room, the hotel is in poor condition. For the price I paid, I would say it was an excellent value. It is better than sleeping in an airport chair.

This hotel sucks harder than a vacuum cleaner. The TV is not working and the Wi-Fi is only accessible if you go out of the hotel room. They did not provide any body pampering commodities like soap and toothpaste. We booked a room for four people but they only gave 1 blanket and 2 body towels. There are lots of inconveniences and the only good catch is the pool. 🙂

It is about 5 minutes walking distance from terminal 1 to hotel. It is safer to walk to the hotel during the day. Walking at night seems dangerous because of very heavy traffic. Plus my lugguage is heavy. So I decided to take a Grab (Uber version) car to the departure area.
