Qualità bassa
L'hotel non merita sicuramente 4 stelle. È al pari di un 3 stelle non troppo pretenzioso. La camera ed i corridoi odorano marcatamente di umido, le pareti della stanza trasudano. Il climatizzatore è vecchio, rumoroso e con soli comandi manuali. I pavimenti gli arredi ed il bagno sono consumati e si bassa qualità. Si trova sulla strada della borsa e l'intero quartiere è vivo di giorno e deserto di notte e nel weekend. Sembra abbastanza sicuro

The hotel has a good location, near malls and restaurants. However, it’s an old hotel and need some remodeling to maintain condition of the rooms and its amenities. Overall, the value for the price is okay

The room given to me was dated and had small cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The next morning I asked to be transferred and the staff transferred me to a room which is bigger and cleaner, but the room still had cockroaches in it. Guests should note the hotel staff are not available from midnight until 8 in the morning. There were a couple of times that I called the staff at the front desk during regular hours but nobody was answering.

well my wife and I enjoyed the biillards/pool area, the staff was very good in helping any concerns we had.....and as always the staff was friendly and polite.
the only thing I didn't quite appreciate was the rental of the water kettle, I think it was far too high , could have bought a new one for the week we stayed there...

Regretfully, we were not able to make it even perfect because of concern in our elevators. Admittedly, one of our elevators is under comprehensive preventive maintenance right now which became challenge to us by just running two elevators to cater all our guests and tenants. We have already escalated this matter to our service provider to fix this right away. As temporary measure, we manually operate our lifts during peak hours and we also offer luggage assistance prior to check-out time to anticipate traffic during downtime.

Epic failure hotel
WiFi doesn't work. No free bottled water no hot water shower. Beds can feel the springs. Elevator waiting average 30 minutes. Facilities not as describe as everything is under maintaomamce or spoilt. Very run down. Definitely a waste of money.

the property its self was great. but the lifts woeful.. the waits of up to 15 minutes to take the lift..i wouldn't stay here again... the middle lift was not working, 2 lifts working that barely coped..save the grief.. stay elesewhere
