Buona posizione e la pulizia, migliore attenzione alla pulizia alla cappa della cucina e la lavatrice, la dotazione d’uso di pentole e accessori per cucinare molto basic, personale gentile, l’area lettini / ombrelloni della piscina è sottodimensionata per il numero degli ospiti della struttura

Muy bonito el hotel, las habitaciones cómodas, la cama inmejorable. Excelente servicio de la recepción. Solo creo que a la cocina le faltan aditamentos como servilletas, jabón para trastes y cosas así, o avisar en la página que no loa tienen para tomarlo en cuenta.

We needed a place to stay for two weeks, and the apartment was adequate. The kitchen is tiny--so small that the dishes are stored in the great room. Cooking pots and pans were only just enough for us, but we chose to fix most of our own meals. We had our own car. Without it, staying here would have been difficult. We appreciate the smoke-free room. Overall, for a 3 star place, this was an excellent choice.

Skön miljö med en härlig pool. Dock saknades restaurang trots att man i hotels.com angivit att det fanns. Välutrustat kök men tänk på att det inte finns mer än några få varor att köpa på hotellet. Handla nere i La Duquesa. Bil är ett måste då hotellet ligger lite off med stora höjdskillnader.

Enjoyable week in this clean and well kept hotel.
We have just enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, the hotel very clean and the room and balcony were a good size. We had room 124 which had good views with some distant sea views between the new villas being built. Whilst not affecting us please note there are a couple of discrepancies in the Hotels.com description. It states that evening meals are available but this is currently not the case. It also states that rooms are cleaned daily but it is in fact once a week in the middle of your stay. There is a limited supply of food essentials for sale in the hotel including some microwave meals. There is a good selection of restaurants available in the port area of La Duquesa about a 30 minute walk downhill. The walk back up the hill afterwards helps burn off some of the calories! The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk downhill en-route to the port. Unless you are prepared for a lot of walking you will either need your own transport or rely on local taxis if staying here.

Sintiéndolo mucho les tengo que dar una nota negativa por lo siguiente: siendo un apartamento/hotel en la zona de cocina no encontramos ninguna balleta, no encontramos papel de cocina, ninguna servilleta, nada de limpieza en cocina, en el baño no encontramos champu,gel. Encontramos malos olores en baño y una cucaracha bastante grande con lo cual en esta epoca del año les tengo que dar una nota negativa.

El complejo es muy bonito y está cuidado, pero el apartamento tenía detalles por mejorar como un ruido en el aire acondicionado de la habitación o la ausencia de persianas o cortinas opacas. Hay contraventanas pero dejan pasar la luz. No hay ningún jabón, lo tienes que comprar, y la limpieza es mejorable, por ej, el mando de la televisión estaba sucio, la puerta del baño, dos sillas y la manta de la cama.

Beware what apartment you choose .
We were generally disappointed with our stay. The apartment facilities mentioned in your details are not accurate. Your details state all apartments have dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, and microwave . The first apartment we were given didn’t have a dishwasher, when we asked reception they said no they don’t all have them, but they offered to move us to one that did, so we agreed, but the new one didn’t have an oven, just a pathetic two ring electric hob ! Also your details mention daily housekeeping, what a joke, they only came once a week to change bedding and towels, no cleaning done whatsoever during our two week stay. There is a construction site opposite the hotel now which our apartment faced, which meant we had continual dust on the balcony and in the apartment. Had to ask reception twice for toilet rolls. Beware that sea view apartments now face a construction site.

Mysigt hotell i Duquesa Hills (Manilva)
Trevligt lägenhetshotell ca 20 minuters promenad från stranden med gratis parkering i garaget. Fint och mysigt poolområde. Trevlig personal. Lägenheten var rymlig. Det fanns tyvärr ingenting i lägenheten som ex. tvål fast det står det i texten om hotellet så det fick inköpas tillsammans med lite andra saker för att vistelsen skulle fungera. Tråkigt också att det inte fanns någon internationell tv-kanal. Vår lägenhet låg inte heller så trevligt till. Bottenvåning med sämsta utsikten på hotellet och sen hade vi tyvärr mögel i ena badrummet men i övrigt så är det ett mysigt att hotell att bo på.

Un bon séjour en famille :-)
Appartement de bonne taille, bonne literie, déco simple mais pas ringarde. Terrasse avec vue sur la montagne … Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Belle piscine, sans trop de monde. Il faut une voiture car la résidence est placée dans les hauteurs… Seul bémol , pas d’éponge pour faire la vaisselle (c’est tout ce que j’ai trouvé à dire après un séjour de 5 nuits!)

Anlage und das Appartment a sich waren für den Preis OK. Das Ap. war großzügig, die Küche voll ausgestattet. Die Couch war leider so durchgesessen, das es unmöglich war, länger als 10 Min. darauf zu sitzen, ohne fürchterliche Rückenschmerzenzu bekommen. Die Küche hatte alle Geräte die man braucht, leider war sie sehr schmutzig. Vor Allem die Waschmaschine war so schimmelig, dass man wirklich nichts darin waschen wollte. W-Lan Empfang war zwar vorhanden, aber so schwach, das man keine Seite aufrufen konnte. Selbst am Empfang war die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit zu gering, um eine Seite aufzurufen. Die Damen am Empfang waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und bestellten umgehend einen Techniker. Der versuchte dies und das, aber es nutzte nichts. Wir waren vom 01.03.03.2020 dort. Laut Aushang am Empfang hatte das Personal, sodass es weder einen Bar- noch einen Restaurantbetrieb gab. Allerdings konnte man die Dame am Empfang jederzeit nach einem Drink oder Kaffee fragen. Sie begab sich dann umgehend an die Bar. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals möchte ich hier nochmals ganz besonders hervorheben. Bemerken möchte ich noch, dass fussläufig kein Geschäft zu erreichen war. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ausser einem Mini-Mini-Shop im Hotel) war ein Supermarkt 5 Automin. den steilen Berg herab.

Marginal at best.
The facilities were very cold. The floors were cold. The heaters didn’t work. Some heater remotes were missing. There was very little hot water. The walls were thin and could hear the neighbors. It is also way out of the way of town.
