hotel centrale stupendo
ogni anno che vado a Mannheim ci torno , hotel stupendo ,centrale ,camere pulite e molto belle, parcheggio libero in zona che dire... perfetto

una gradita sorpresa.
hotel centrale,ordinato e pulito, personale accogliente...nella camera ho trovato una cosa molto apprezzabile...che non era scontata. una caldaia per l'acqua con tazze e tisane. per una persona scombussolata dal viaggio è stata davvero una bella sorpresa....oltre alla bella camera e bagno perfetto per me.

Hotel gradevole, WIFI NON FUNZIONA MAI.
Hotel gradevole, è la città che non vale un soldo. Heidelberg costa di più, ma vale 100 volte tanto. Hotel situato non troppo distante dal centro, in una zona desertica. In 10 minuti si è nella piazza principale. Buona struttura anche se il WIFI NON FUNZIONA ASSOLUTAMENTE. Io ne avevo piuttosto bisogno, per svariate urgenze, e non ho potuto risolvere il problema. Personale cortese dal lato femminile, scortese assai da quello maschile. Ho versato per sbaglio un po' di coca cola a terra a causa dei loro distributori delle macchinette che agitano le bottiglie, e il signore della reception mi ha ridendo, dato i fazzoletti per pulirmelo da solo. Ci sta, poca professionalità però. Davvero poca. Va be. Esperienza negativa, ma non troppo, mi ha sicuramente deluso di più la città...

Ottimo hotel, con rapporto qualità prezzo veramente eccellente. Camere molto pulite e confortevoli, personale molto cordiale e professionale. Il costo della colazione vale la qualità e il servizio. Anche se il parcheggio è a pagamento, in città non esistono parcheggi liberi, quindi il costo mi sembra adeguato

la posizione è ottima!
anche se appena arrivati si ha l'impressione che l'hotel non sia in una bella posizione, basta girare l'angolo e ci si rende conto di essere praticamente in centro! a un passo dal museo e solo pochi minuti a piedi dai luoghi di interesse. solo la stazione ferroviaria è un pò lontana. L'hotel è molto moderno e quasi "anonimo" ma pulitissimo ed esattamente ciò che serve per un breve fine settimana.

L'hotel risponde alle esigenze di modernità, pulizia, servizi e accoglienza. Molta cordialità e attenzione alle varie necessità. Buono il Ristorante. Zona tranquilla che permette un soddisfacente riposo e vicina al centro e alle sue attrazioni.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in in einer Wohngegend mit Wohnblocks gegenüber. Man ist zu Fuß gleich im Zentrum. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es nette Cafes und einen Geldautomaten. Sehr freudliches Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Alles ist wirklich sehr sauber, insbesondere das Bad. Nur der überall verlegte Teppichboden mit Flecken stört das Bild. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Très bon séjour à Manheimm. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, à environ 1/4h à pieds du centre-ville. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue, mais nous avons utilisé le parking de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont relativement grandes et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est plus que correct. Rien à redire...

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich im Wasserkocher waren deutliche Rückstände von Seife oder Reinigungsmittel, welche ich zunächst gründlich ausspülen musste. Alles in Allem aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit. Meine Buchung, deren Bestätigung ich vergessen hatte, mit zu bringen, konnte nicht gefunden werden. Später sah ich, dass diese über Expedia erfolgt und bestätigt worden war. Das Restaurant hat qualitativ noch "Luft nach oben". Mein Hirschragout mit Rotkohl und Klössen war eindeutig ein Mikrowellengericht mit dem Ragout in Suppenfleischqualität, einem zerkochten, lauwarmen Rotkohl ohne Biss, und Klössen, deren Konsistenz ok war, jedoch ohne Geschmack. Mein Partner bekam warmes Pilsener Bier, dessen Krone max. 2 min hielt. Im Restaurant war es sogar für eine Bar zu laut. Umgebung, wie in einem Restaurant gab es nicht. Wegen dieses Restauranterlebnisses nur 3 Punkte gesamt. Preisniveau insgesamt: Nicht angemessen, allgemein gehobenes Niveau.

The room was definitely very clean. You might even say crisp, like freshly laundered linen. If I had to make one quibble, it would be that the weatherstripping at the bottom of the shower door was not watertight; we found that we needed to avoid letting water splash on the door, in order to minimize the amount of water found on the tile floor on the by the toilet. While not large and spacious, we found the room to be satisfactory for our needs; not the least bit cramped. The free Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow and laggy; in this day and age, having free vs fee-based tiers makes as much sense as having lukewarm shower water for free and hot water for those willing to pay extra. The breakfast offerings were quite generous and diverse. And being able to have espresso was a very welcome thing. Somewhat related, I was happy that there were 2 espresso machines; it seemed one of them was in maintenance mode one morning, so it was great that there was still an option for espresso/cappuccino/etc. Regrettably, we didn't take the opportunity to try the evening restaurant offerings, although we did retire to the lounge for drinks a couple of evenings there. For anyone curious, the nearest streetcar stop seems to be the Marktplatz station, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. For those unfamiliar, we used the DB Next (Deutsche Bahn) app to order and use tickets for streetcars and trains on a daily basis there. Highly recommend.
