Grande struttura con i pro ed i contro
L’hotel e’ molto grande e necessita quindi di una cura che ahimè non ho riscontrato. Nella pulizia, nella cura del dettaglio. Ottima invece la posizione sulla spiaggia. Piscina carina ma con un forte odore di cucina, da non poterci quasi stare

Resort stupendo! Posizione sulla spiaggia con servizio di bar all’ombrellone. Mare caraibico ricco di conchiglie. Camera grande spazi ben distribuiti elegante bagno compreso. Ristorante ottimo. Tutto lo staff cordiale e servizievole. Ottima struttura prenotate senza esitazione.

Just not a great place for kids. Too small of a pool, not many dining options. Our view from the balcony was of the pool. Had to walk a long way to the beach through a parking garage. Overall just kind of a boring atmosphere.

This is our 2nd year here and we loved it just as much if not more than our last time. The staff are very friendly, the maid service is one of the best, and the beach attendants and wait staff are amazing. And all the rooms are suites with a kitchen. We can’t wait to come back!

There were roaches in our bathroom. Crawling on the walls, in the shower and on the sink. We had to shake out the towels before we used them. Left the light on to tr to keep them at bay. Roaches were also crawling on the kitchenette counter. Of course we alerted management and they sent a very nice gentleman with a can of household bug spray as if roaches choose only one location. Spray had no effect!

Do it all over again for sure!!
One of the best resorts we have ever stayed at, the employees went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The distance to the beach here is much closer than most of the resorts on the beach so was easily accessible. Spa was great! Food was excellent.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Also easy to walk to local restaurants and shopping. The only thing we didn’t like very much was that there were parts of the hotel that felt a little old or dated. It was clear the facility could use some updates (worn out carpet in some areas, elevator was old and noisy, doors that were worn or dinged up, etc. None of that was a problem really, but it was something we noticed. The only actual problem we found was that the AC in our room smelled musty. On closer inspection we noticed the air filter for our rooms AC was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a very long time. We just turned off the AC and kept our balcony door open as it was very nice out. Leaving on a positive note though, the beach, pool area, and multiple bars were fabulous, and the staff was THE BEST. We’d certainly consider staying again, but I do hope they make some facility updates.

I was not very pleased when I walked outside with a cooler to the beach I have small kids special needs and immediately the attendants at the beach told me I couldn’t bring a cooler I explained to him I had two small kids that needed snacks and milk and that was unacceptable to understand about not taking coolers I felt extremely unpleasant bad taste in my mouth and I even had to complaint to the manager at front desk and it was all so strict I didn’t feel comfortable

Pleasant with room for improvement
The location is great but the carpet in the hallways needs a bit of refreshing as it has an odor, at least on the 8th floor. Room service can be enhanced and personnel trained better because she didn't bring salt/pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce that were initially requested as part of the dinner order.

EVERYTHING about this resort was AMAZINGA from the time you step into the front doors!!! You are immediately greated by a fresh smell and then by some of the BEST staff ever!!! The hospitality doesnt end after you check in. It remains consistent throughout your entire stay! From the front desk, to the room service, to the pool service, to the valet!!! Everyone is pleasant and accommodating to your needs. You never feel as if they are annoyed with your requests or questions. The rooms are cleanly and they keep them that way for your entire stay!! It was one of the GREATEST resort experiences that I have had!!! I highly recommend staying here!!

Cleanness issues.
The hotel is pretty good with excellent service at the beach. We were unable to get reservation in the Reastaurant for dinner because they were lack of personnel and they were using the half of the capacity only. We have been there several time and never need reservation for the restaurant before. the room is very comfortable, however at our arrival we found that shower was not clean and a part of a razor from prior client was in the shower. Additionally, the sofa fabric that it is color beige was really dirty. We had to request that the robes were changed since one of them had make up rest. I really love that place and I would like that the pandemic period do not damage their comfort, quality and excellence.

This resort was beautiful and private. We hardly saw anyone on the elevator and we're well taken care of. The beach is gorgeous and we can't wait to go back. My only complaint (And I think this is Covid-staffing related because other places in the area were as well) is that things felt limited. The pool bar closed at 5, for example, and the food service hours were shorter than I would have liked. It's an amazing upscale resort and you won't be disappointed!
