Usually when you turn down the bed spread you find the sheets almost like they have been ironed and smelling fresh. These appeared wrinkled like a second day of use. Cigar smell in a non-smoking room.

Great stay!
We had a great stay. The only tiny little hiccup was breakfast on the second day of our stay. We arrived to eat at 7:30 and the area was not overly busy, but both the sausage and egg bins were empty. The attendant was diligently working to keep things stocked but only refilling like four pieces of sausage and fried eggs at a time. The breakfast is good overall. The hotel is well kept and we have no notes on the room or cleanliness. All good!

I checked in on Feb 9th thinking this property On Cherry Tree in Marietta had the standard of Comfort Inn Choice hotels. After walking to my room I started feeling skeptical of staying here. Not as clean as I thought it should be. The lady greeted me with a what’s up. As I walked through it wasn’t as tidy Comfort Inn Choice hotels I’ve stayed in. Travelocity gave it like a 9.4 same as Farfield Marriott. With all my skepticism I just assumed I’m making a big deal out of nothing until I was awaken at 2am from feeling itching from bites. I get up look at the mattress, mind you the mattress doesn’t have a case. What are you serious. I keep looking and I find a bed bug crawling on the pillow case. I take a video of this thing crawling I can’t even believe that this is happening right now. I just wanted to take my son on a college over night to a school he really might pick. This town is not where I’m going to stay for football games if he picks this school.

Pool and hot tub are closed with no reopening date. Room was ok but is outdated. No USB charging ports. Staff was kind but only one person working. The "marketplace" area is poorly stocked. And check out was literally " yeah uh, drop your key up there". No thank you for your stay, or a good bye. It was like were an inconvenience. This used to be my go to hotel but if rather find somewhere I am welcome and my business is appreciated.

Booked this hotel for a volleyball tournament. Having 5 kids thought this would be a great spot due to having pool,hot tub and suits. Boy was I wrong! Upon arrival sign on front desk stating pool and hot tub were closed . Asked the lady working how long it has been closed for she stated it has been over a month..if that's the case that needs to be addressed when booking. She said their is no way to put it on websites....here's a solution while you're sitting there waiting for people to check in make phone calls to customers who have booked to let them know that the pool and hot tub is out of commission especially since it's been over a month.. our room was spacious but Def not queen size beds as they state they are..my husband and I are not big people and barely had any room . Bathroom shower drain was clogged with hair and barely drained .breakfast we great about the only nice thing .

This is our Go To hotel in town when we come visit family. This trip the pool and hot tub were not available. But they are typically a highpoint of the stay.

The location of the property is easily accessible with good parking. There is a cute sitting area with a fire pit in the rear of the hotel overlooking the beautifully manicured Marietta Country Club. Furniture and decor are a bit outdated but clean. My room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed was ok but had a bit of a dip like the mattress hadn't been rotated in a long time. Thankfully, the pillows were decent...a good nights sleep makes all the difference! The rate included a great hot breakfast with the typical waffle maker but also bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and all other basics.

Highly recommend
Came to get away new years eve, and take our 6 yr old so he could go swimming. Great hotel..great pool, and its open 24/7....located near alot of the larger food chains. Breakfast was better than most hotels.Highly recommend ...we will be back next new yrs eve

Family overnight
Nice, clean, dog friendly hotel. Perfectly broke up our 10 hour drive to Michigan from Charlotte. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy, but we were not huge fans of the "mini pillows" they took a little getting used too. The pool and spa were nice. Breakfast had a decent selection and the coffee was pretty good. For our needs, this hotel was quite the value for the price.

We always stay here when visiting family. This visit was atypical of our usual stay due to a large turnover in staff. Training was in progress when we checked in. The main difference was that no one was constantly attending the breakfast area and at 8 am when we went to eat they had run out of regular coffee and eggs, and also the sausage gravy. The few biscuits availale were hard. We had to go to the desk and they were looking for someone to replenish everything but it seemed the people there hadn't been trained what to do yet. The next day was much better and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and give them another chance! Another thing I didn't like was there was a family there that brought their dog into the dining area both mornings we were there. This was not a service dog and the first morning it barked at and lunged at a guest leaving the room. It was on a leash and the owner reprimanded the dog and apologized for the dog's behavior. Dogs that are family pets shouldn't be allowed anywhere but in the hallways of the hotel or in their room and certainly not in the dining area and staff needs to enforce this.

Our stay was pretty nice. The room was modern and comfy. The elevator was slow but not a big deal. I loved how close it is to shopping and dining. There was plenty of parking and it was very quiet. The place was decorated very nice for Christmas. Breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs and sausage and waffles and pastries, oatmeal, fruit and juice and coffee and hot cocoa and a variety of teas to choose from. Would defin stay again.
