“Appartements très propres, Zone très calme et centrale. Parking disponible”

“Alle 5 notti prenotate, ne ho aggiunte altre 3 per problemi coi voli di andata e rientro. Per ben 2 volte, nonostante avessi comunicato l'estensione della prenotazione sia all'andata che al ritorno, mi hanno svegliato dicendo che dovevo effettuare il check out, direi quindi una pessima comunicazione interna. Detto questo la struttura si presenta pulita e moderna, molto sicura (ci sono le guardie h24) ed i una zona piacevole e molto comoda, vicino ad un mall molto moderno, vicino alla stazione...

“Nous avions un appartement de 2 chambres, sympa bien aménagé, mais surtout le réceptionniste Hamza et d’une gentillesse toujours là répond à toutes nos questions j’étais avec ma maman en fauteuil il nous a aidée et faciliter notre séjour un grand merci Bravo monsieur ”

“We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.”

“Easy to find and access. Central location, Mausoleum and Tower in easy walking distance and tram just around the corner. Very large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great staff. Lacking in tea towels and cleaning products in the kitchen but that was the only negative. Definately recommend and would happily stay there again. ”

“No communication from the apartment, no response to my email, text and calls. I ended up stranded for 3 hours. I had to find a last minute replacement. Expedia also tried to contact the apartment to no avail. Avoid at all cost. ”

“ruim appartement, op wandelafstand van strand en dicht bij de Marina. Zeezicht. Drukke straat voor de deur maar doordat de slaapkamers achteraan liggen valt dit mee. Vlot inchecken”

“A fuire , j ai reservé cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h à 15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse…. Resultat aucune...

“We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff. ”
