Tack kära kund, du vet när människor är snälla och uppskattar de ansträngningar vi gör för att göra deras vistelse behagligare, det blir normalt att det efter några timmar blir som en del av huset. Jag och alla Riad Staff vi är recconnaissant. Choukrane

Ein junges Paar, ein bisschen schüchtern, sehr nett, dass sie unser Gebäude ab Anfang 1930 schätzen konnten. Zu schade, dass sie nicht lieber salzig und süß essen wollten, beides Zubehör wie Föhn oder anderes. Wir werden mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Menschen richten, die nicht fragen wollen, Angst zu stören. ----- Was den Wasserdruck der Dusche angeht, kommt es nicht immer auf uns an, wir werden dies auch verbessern. Sehr geehrter Kunde, Vielen Dank für Ihre positive Bewertung, es ist alles bis auf das Personal im Riad, wenn die Gäste zu schätzen wissen, mit noch mehr Engagement, sie versuchen, die besten lokalen Produkten, oder bereiten ihre eigenen ausgezeichnete Mahlzeiten, vor allem auf der großen Terrasse serviert, noch scheinen beste. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit WIFI, aufgrund der breiten Wand des Palazzo 1920/30, aber jetzt haben wir die Lösung gefunden. Chokrane Maa Salama

We did not expect so nice comments,even the Guests was so kind and collaborative,with us,because for a miscommunication we assigned them a basement floor Suite for people with low mobility,impossible to change because for all week we where fully booked. At the end the appreciate the Suite,Guests how don't like A/C it's the best solution,naturally fresh,because our 100 years old Palace,was build with the knowledge of the past,in summer,all activity was at basement floor. I promise next time,if you will desire,we let you to choose the Suite you like better. Thanks,we all, appreciate your availability,you are Great. Chouckrane
