Quick positive stay
5 stars but not definitely up to those standards. Still a good place to stop at. But to get a true 5 stars evaluation they need to improve all services. Prices and standards are of a 4+ stars hotel but not 5.

L'hotel è nuovissimo (aperto nel 2014). Camere e bagni impeccabili, nella mia - la 23 - una doccia grandissima, comoda, perfetta, come mai provata prima. Ottima anche la Spa e la piscina interna certa, anche se piccola: non più di 5 bracciate. Esoso per contro il costo della prima colazione che certo non vale 25 euro a persona. Non si capisce francamente perché gli hotel di questa categoria facciano pagare così tanto il primo pasto della giornata quando a pochi passi ci sono ottime caffetterie/pasticcerie dove ordine la medesima qualità per 17% del costo. Apprezzata invece la gratuità del minibar, sempre ben fornito e rifornito. Bene anche il WiFi.

Ottima location,pochi minuti a piede dal vecchio porto,la "brutta" fama di Marsiglia sembra una leggenda. Servizio impeccabile con tanto di utilizzo della SPA in tarde ore,ambiente elegante e fashion.

Super hôtel! On se sent comme à la maison. Prestations de qualité! Le personnel est incroyable! Disponible, attentionné, discret et très professionnel! Le PDJ est composé de pdts frais, d’excellents qualité! (Pdts AOP, BIO, fait maison) L’hôtel est très bien situé! Espace SPA : propreté irréprochable, calme, lumière tamisée, transat relaxant, tisanes et thes à dispo! Nous recommandons le C2 : hôtel à taille humaine, conviviale et chaleureuse Nb nous avions demandé une adresse de salon de coiffure. Nous avons pas été déçu de la recommandation! 😊

Staff very professional and attentive. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, with a wide variety of food to choose from. Omelettes made to order.

Excellent stay in charming, gracious C2 Hotel
We had a wonderful stay in the charming, gracious, small boutique C2 Hotel. It's in a great location in central Marseille but off the main tourist area so therefore much quieter. Our room was super large, well equipped and very well designed, and we loved the spa/pool/hammam. The staff were helpful and friendly. Five stars.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Marseille. Staff were warm and welcoming. The room was huge and modern. The spa was wonderful to relax in. Breakfast in the morning was vast with lots of options. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Did not disappoint.
An excellent hotel with exceptional service(particularly the concierges)- attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good location too. Rooms are spotless and well maintained.we did not have the breakfast but the buffet looked impressive.

Hotel C2 a gem in Marseille!
This property and staff were exceptional. Our experience here was one of the best ever. This boutique hotel should be a model for others to emulate but they will need an amazing staff to compete. Lenny our "C2 Bar Man" was engaging, helpful and a joy to befriend.

I got in late and was only at the hotel for one night- I was tired and hungry and the staff was amazing, they made the check in process easy and made sure I got room service ordered before heading to my room so that I was fed and had what I needed before I went in for the night. The team here was really great and I’ve stayed at a lot of different properties during my travels through France on this trip, some at 2x or more the price and this is some of the best service I’ve had- the design is a dated/trying to hard for my taste, but I would absolutely stay here again simply because of the level of service they put out- it makes all the difference!

Amazing weekend away
It was my wife’s birthday and we had a wonderful weekend away in Marseille. The hotel helped me with great recommendations on restaurants, La Poule Noir is fantastic!, a day trip to the Calanques, and a surprise birthday cake treat. The service was excellent!! Hotel location is perfect - just a few mins walk from the old port but in a nice quiet area.

The property is an amazing villa facing two roads in the center of Marseille very well transformed to a small luxury hotel! The backyard was really quite! Breakfast with so many lovely sweets! What I didn’t like a lot was the management.. Most Spa areas were out of service, the pool needs extra care- even it was in the right temperature- the small trips by boat they were promising were postponed for ..later in the deep summer..Averall for two nights we had great time

This hotel room and hotel in general was clean, with a newish boutique feel- neither too small nor too large- with lots of little touches that surprised. Room was perfect size too. I found the owners (a husband and wife team of architects) put a lot of thought into it - elegant, convenient to historic Marseilles and port, the large bathrooms, great bed, nice view, quiet. I booked it last minute and so was very pleasantly surprised. Front desk escorted us to room and told us about all the amenities- which I found very nice as well. We didn't have to wonder at or squint at microscopic instructions
