“We were looking for a place for a family/friends (1 teenager and 3 Adults) for Spring Break. Was really excited when we found this location, because it was ideal for beach activities plus quick access to activities on the island. The host was very helpful - from making sure that the Villa was set up for the younger occupants, to restaurants, luau recommendations plus activities recommended for our stay. We had an incredible time. Would definitely recommend this Villa and Host. 5 Stars!!!!!”

“Our unit was spacious and comfortable. We loved the outdoor dining and siting area. Having 3 bathrooms for our multigenerational group was great. Plenty for everyone to do with the pools, ocean, walking path, even a game room for the kids. We also loved the staff setting up chairs on the beach and providing towels. We’d love to return here next time.”

“Great property, service with amazing snorkeling. Pools and exercise facility perfect. The two bedroom suite with kitchen with view to Lanai and an accordion sliding door to patio…amazing! The Royal Ka’anapali golf course was terrific as well and offers challenge for low index players. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Walking distance to wailea beach and shops, comfortably fit 10 people. Walkable to fantastic pool as well. Only issue was a couple things were broken from tennants before us, but property manager remedied critical items.”

“Incredible view from the giant bay windows where we were able to whale watch. Huge bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and well-decorated accommodations. Our only warning would be that if you have a serious fear of bugs and critters, choose a room that’s on a higher floor. We did have 5 cockroaches visit over our 3 day stay (and one small frog!)”

“This condo is VERY nice, and location is priceless. Walk to all the beautiful hotels and resorts in Wailea. Walk to the beach path and shopping in Wailea! So perfect! Super well-equipped unit, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, baking etc. Ton of towels and chairs for the beach! Perfect place for your Maui visit! Fast response from property manager for our questions too.”

“This was our third stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. As always we had a great stay. This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Free door to beach shuttles made it so easy to get to the beach with all our gear for snorkeling. We always cook in and the kitchen had all the necessities. We had a great view of the golf course and multiple pools close by to choose from. We only wish that our stay was longer. Looking forward to our next trip.”

“This property is wonderful. The view is beautiful and you can hear the ocean crashing near by. The linens and furnishings were very nice. I would highly recommend. The only thing is that when they say 10:00 check out, they mean it. We had a cleaning person knocking on our door at 10 sharp. It would be nice to have an 11 or 12:00 check out. But that’s the only thing I would change. Fantastic unit!!”

“Beautiful location”

“Great experience. Our apartment was large, comfortable, well furnished, quiet and very clean. The view from both living room and bedroom was wonderful. We got to see colorful fish and turtles every day and the sunsets were gorgeous.The kitchen was well equipped as was the laundry. Fast ceck-in and ceck-out. Staff was professional and always very kind. Snorkling by the beach just few steps away was amazing. Easy parking in front of the lobby and direct access to the beach and park. Shops,...

“Si tratta di un resort composto da appartamenti di varie metrature e dotati di ogni comfort. Un ristorante vicino alla puscina, altri locali e Shopping center a 5-10 min in auto. La spiaggia non è granché e le onde con il fondale prevalentemente roccioso rendono a volte difficile nuotare in sicurezza, ma d'altra parte si è a Maui.”

“Good sized room and really good view for the price. Grounds were fantastic, amenities solid, great pools, and the beach location is literally the best. The rooms are in need of an update. New carpets at a minimum.”
