Thank you for your lovely review! The chalets are a great option if you wanted the camping experience without the tent! We have also since done a few renovations and upgrades on the chalet kitchens. How great is the playground, thanks to our site managers idea coming to life! The Podium Cafe is lovely and enjoyed by many. Sorry to hear you only found the boat ramp/launch, we do have jetties for swimming further down the lake. Another great spot is Waipuke Park (5 minute drive) there is climbing equipment and swings at this park, plus lots of open space for games, and access to the water for swimming and kayaking.
