Ottima posizione nelle mura della città
Splendida sorpresa! Posizione ideale a due passi dalle fermate di bus, ristorante eccellente, vale la spesa! Camere pulitissime e personale attento e disponibile. A mio avviso la colazione è un po' costosa per quello che offrono.

Bellissimo!
Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Malta sia per la bellezza del posto che per l'ospitalità dimostrata da tutti i maltesi :-) In particolare un sincero grazie lo merita tutto lo staff dello Xara Palace per le attenzioni e la professionalità dimostrata. L'albergo è stupendo, in ottima posizione per visitare Malta e immerso in un contesto storico fantastico! Dopo 6 notti, posso consigliare tranquillamente a tutti lo Xara Palace Hotel.

Albergo di charme
Le condizioni contrattuali sono state modificate dall'hotel. La camera non era in realtà disponibile. E' stato effettuato un cambio con una camera di costo inferiore senza però rendere la differenza del maggior costo sostenuto. E' stata offerta una cena presso una struttura dell'hotel (bevande escluse) il cui costo non copre neppure uno dei tre giorni di maggior costo e, alla partenza era stata contabilizzata anche la cena.

Alles super , total freundliches Personal,Achtung, es dürfen nur vom Hotel autorisierte und gerufene Taxis vorfahren ! Ab dem Gate von Mdina ist es egal Das EINIGE Manko war die Dusche , man kann wenn man etwas grösser ist dort nicht aufrecht stehen.

Old character filled hotel in an excellent location within the walls of Mdina. The staff are friendly and helpful. Michelin 1 star De Mondion restaurant is a huge bonus. As expected the food is delicious and the staff are well trained in fine dining. Unexpected, the extra little tasting dishes sent out by the kitchen and a wonderful surprise birthday desert plate and card signed by the staff. Wonderful hotel and fantastic restaurant.

The Xara in Mdina is a great place. Mdina in itself is absolutely worth a travel and being able to stay within the walls of Mdina over night is an opportunity not to be missed. The rooms of Xara a spacious, clean and comfortable. The service is great and multilingual. We will definitely come back.

This is a beautiful property in a historic building. Unique rooms. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Great location to visit Mdina and Rabat. Staying overnight affords you the ability to explore these two small cities when the day trippers are gone. The only significant issue is parking - it is very difficult to find parking after 10 AM until about 3PM.

One of the most memorable hotel stays! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royally by the lovely receptionist, Reena and her evening colleague Affra. The view from our room, overlooking the surrounding countryside, was spectacular. And the room was spacious, comfortable and luxurious! Sehr schönes Hotel im mittelalterlichen Stil. Ausgesprochen höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse meines Zimmers (Nr. 15). Whirlpool war auch eine Annehmlichkeit, die ich sehr zu schätzen wusste.

Wonderful oasis.
Really enjoyed my brief stay at the Xara. Found it to be a wonderful otherworldly oasis within the fortified town of Mdina. Beds and pillows were perfection so had a perfect sense of relaxation. Check in staff ( Mattias) were magnificently helpful and attuned. Well worth a visit.

The Xara Palace Hotel is an absolute understated gem of a hotel … not least for its unique location inside the ancient and compact walled city of Mdina. There only are 18 superbly appointed rooms: ours was a spacious duplex with separate bath, shower and bedroom on the ground floor plus a sitting room and (very) private outside terrace complete with a jacuzzi. Luxury .. and money well spent. So much for the fabric of the building. What brings any hotel to life is the staff. Reception, restaurant and room service/housekeeping staff were uniformly top-notch, friendly, unfailingly helpful and well-informed. If the stars align, we’d love to pay a return visit ✅👍😀.
