“Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) ”

“We just had a quick stay in Como but this apartment was perfect for our 3. Best view of the lake and so comfortable! The owner Sara was so accommodating and available! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loved our time there. Thank you Sara!”

“Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilien Hauses in Pare.Das Gebäude ist alt und feucht.Die Wohnung selbst ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, ist sehr groß und mit ital.Handwerkerkunst renoviert.Im großen Bad gibt es ein paar Schimmelecken die sehr unschön sind.Die Wohnungsausstattung ist stimmig,Geschirr und Besteck=gesammelte Werke.Das Kühlgerät,Spüler, Waschmaschine,Klima funktionieren gut.Die Betten sind super.Die Aussicht ist grandios,einfach fantastisch und entschädigt für...

“We loved this house and our trip to Italy. This house has a lot of space, two separate bathrooms (which is rare for Europe) and was clean. It is farther away from restaurants and there are a couple of small stores nearby. Do not let this discourage you from booking this house. Italy (in general) is very walkable and this house comes with a garage where a rental car can be parked. If we go back to this part of Italy we will be renting this house. ”

“Logement tout à fait correct. Il s agit d un appartement et non d une maison. Attention il y a beaucoup d escaliers pour atteindre le logement et la piscine qui est assez éloignée. Nesso est un peu excentré mais heureusement le service de bus est pratique et peu cher pour se rendre à Bellagio et Côme. L epicerie au centre du village est top !”

“Séjour agréable dans un cadre magnifique . Dommage que certains équipements annoncé ne sont pas présents. Absence de lave vaisselle et manque évident de prise de courant. Une cafetière mais nulle part où la brancher. Et une literie qui a plus que vécu. Il est urgent de la changer.”

“This property was very convenient in Corso Como area. The unit itself was very minimalist, which is fine, but lacking in things like bedside lamp/table and the bath tub needed a good scrubbing to get the mildew out. It worked, but would not stay again. ”

“Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...

“Appartamento molto confortevole e arredato con gusto. La struttura gode di tutti i servizi necessari al viaggiatore ”

“La struttura è moderna e molto bella, la prima pecca sta sicuramente nell’orario per il check-in, che è fisso alle 15h, quindi purtroppo bisogna aspettare nonostante la stanchezza del viaggio. Il secondo punto negativo sta nelle pulizie nelle stanze. Visto lo standard dell’edificio e i costi, le pulizie dovrebbero essere incluse. ”
