“직원들 모두 친절했고 시설 만족스럽습니다. 다만 여러 액티비티에 대한 설명이 없어서 하나도 하지 못 했습니다. 아님 제가 영어가 짧아서 못 알아 들은 건지는 몰라도..액티비티에 대한 팜플렛을 보지 못 했습니다.”

“Loved the staff and guests. But im not a hill walking person so it was difficult for me. But i would happily go back. Erman was brilliant and so helpful. It appears that i was the first English person to stay there. Do i am honoured ”

“Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

“Standart oda, fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi değildi. Baya yıpranmış, her yeri dökülen ve pek temiz hissiyatı vermeyen bir yerdi. Ben bu istenen ücretlere değeceğini sanmıyorum. Böyle bir yerin değeri maksimum 500-600 olmalı, mecbur kalındığında tercih edilebilir. İyi yönü, konumuydu. Marmaray'a yakın ve çevrede ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Eğer kalacak başka bir yer bulamazsanız ve büyük bir indiriminiz olursa kısa süreli tercih edilebilir.”

“Nice property deep inside of beautiful Dilijan. You can find amazing views from the hill overlooking the hotel and great hiking opportunities nearby as well. I’m looking forward to the visit again in another season. ”

“Neppure in Oman, a 2000 metri, in gennaio, si puó proporre un albergo senza riscaldamento e senza acqua calda. Non a caso eravamo gli unici ospiti di questa struttura. L'hotel così organizzato é adatto solo ai soggiorni estivi, e comunque i prezzi rimarrebbero eccessivi. D'inverno la tariffa richiesta é un furto.”

“Otel bir harika, doğanın sesinden baska hicbir ses yok. Biz sehirden uzaklasip kafa dinlemek icin gittik ve cok memnun kaldik. Personel cok ilgili ve guler yüzlü. Temizlik cok iyiydi. Kahvalti serpme kahvalti olarak masaniza geliyor size kendinizi ozel hissettiriyor. Tavsiye ediyorum ve kesinlikle tekrar giderim.”

“Tasarım olarak harika otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren atmosfer çok hoşumuza gitti :) çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü samimi bir ortam vardı.Havuzu çok temiz havuz başında keyifli vakit geçirdik :)Alaçatı merkeze yakın temiz ve keyifli bir otel, otopark için alan var.Aynı zamanda hayvan dostu otelde çok tatlı bir köpek ve yavruları ve kedileri vardı kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağız her şey için teşekkürler :)”

“A unique place to stay. It is probably best suited for travelers with pre-teen kids. Food options are somewhat limited. The shower didn't drain properly and management was unable to fix it during our stay, which was disappointing.”

“Konakladığım Kum Butik Otel küçük şirin temiz sakin Sahibi çok beyefendi odayı gösterdi Kahvaltı almıştım 9-11 Arası veriyormuş ama ben 8 de çıkıcam dedim Sağ olsun kırmadı kalktı gelip 7 buçukta bahçe kamelyaya servisi açtı yedim. Çok güzel bir yer limana kumsala yürüme mesafesinde hizmetlerinden dolayı Kum otel ve Hotels. Com a teşekkür ederim.”
