Dear Alex, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the state of the room was not at a high standard. To offer some explanation, I would assume that the window to your room was opened during the housekeeping routine so that we would have fresh air let into the room. We will also relay this feedback onto housekeeping team to make sure that the standards that our guests expect are reached!Again, I apologise for unpleasant state of room, but are very glad that our staff was the highlight of your stay with us :)
