The property was everything it advertised to be welcoming, spacious, and clean. All amenities were functional. The property is minutes away from the beach, grocery store and shopping. My family enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back. Thank you James for your hospitality.

Great beach home
Clean, comfortable, spacious home for our party of 14. Property was as described. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long weekend stay. The kids were also entertained with lots of boardgames and fun things to do. Netflix and Wi-Fi working perfectly. Check-in and check out was easy and James was quick to respond to any questions we had. Also had a very nice large area in the back for entertaining. However, we were not able to enjoy that due to the short amount of time we had. Located in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes from the beach. Very happy with our stay. Highly recommend this home for your vacation near Melbourne Beach.
