Wonderful, comfortable accommodation. Spacious room with scrumptious breakfast in the dining room. Host was helpful and available to assist when required. Every little detail taken care of.

Weekend break in Mornington.
Venue has great charm being set in 1940's house, owner very friendly with good service. Breakfast was great with china cups and silver service. Close to Mornington shopping strip and beach all within walking distance. The guest lounge with fire was very welcoming on a cold winters day. Comfortable bed and room all kept very clean. Will definetly stay again when in the area.

This B&B is the perfect mix of modern convenience and old world charm. The decor is vintage and antique while still being functional for the modern guest. I chose this for a work trip due to its convenient location but it was so relaxing that I will be back for a holiday!

Charming and delightful
Oh my goodness what an unexpected delightful place to stay.. so much character and charm not to mention warm and inviting. The host Denise was real charmer with a great sense of hospitality. It was pity we couldn’t stay longer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The breakfast was AMAZE and the location perfect for what we wanted. Will definitely be back and on our recommendations list.. infact I already have!

Close to the beach and the Main Street.
Its a lovely property. Great location. . We stayed at the Arbour room with the bay view. Everything in the room was great, except for the toilet it could have been cleaner.

This is the very best place to to taste Australia's clean and beautiful house, great food and the genuine hospitality. All the furniture was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious.There is everything a travelor needs except an elevator to the second floor.^^ 이 곳은 마음 깊은 곳으로부터 친절한 주인, 맛있는 음식, 정결하고 아름답게 관리되는 가구집기와 그릇, 편안한 침대, 깨끗하고 반짝거리는 욕실 기구, 여행자의 피곤을 풀어주는 모든 것이 있습니다. 단지 엘리베이터가 없습니다.

The owner greeted us upon arrival and from that minute couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable.

Gorgeous for a romantic getaway. Denise was a lovely host who made a delicious hot breakfast. Excellent spa bath in the room and comfy bed. Very clean. Good selection of in room products including toiletries. The carrot cake on arrival was delicious!

Lovely location

A great little B&B in Mornington. The place was excellent. Lots of character and quirky little spaces. Our room was comfortable and had everything you needed. The host was exceptional. When we arrived, we were given a couple of pieces of freshly cooked carrot cake to have with a cuppa. Breaky in the morning was top class. Fantastic hospitality and excellent service. 5 stars!!!

A Gem in Mornington
The Morning B&B has to be my favourite. Our host was lovely and very accommodating. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony and views across the bay. The breakfast included in the room cost was fabulous as were the afternoon teas served on beautiful fine china each day. It is located close to the main street, and is a ten minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

The most amazing Victorian Bad and Breakfast
What can we say. We were just blown away by this spot! It's like a time travel to Victorian England. The host was just the best and we enjoyed her lovely prepared breakfast served at a table with all the other guests where we enjoyed good conversations. Our room was quite luxurious for the price with anything you could wish for. We will definitely be back!

Major Travel Tour Companies mention - hidden treasures, well Mornington Bed and Breakfast could be classed as a hidden treasure. Lovely place to stay, fantastic ambience , location is close to the beach and Denise is just the perfect host.

One night not enough for this place
We had a lovely stay at this charming B&B. Loved the old house and it’s interior. The manager/owner was super friendly and made us a delicious breakfast of choice. Only negative was that we only had one night, next time we would stay longer.

The location was excellent - close to Beach and a short walk to the local Park and restaurants. The Host was delightful - extremely hospitable and the breakfast was 'to die for'. The residence was very homely and 'old style' with lots of trinkets and antiques - a lot of love and care had been applied to it.

A lovely friendly home away from home. Hostess is very welcoming and lovely to chat with. A beautiful breakfast. Romm was tastefully decorated, clean comfortable and quiet. A beautiful home, close to Main Street in Mornington. Beach is very close.

Relaxation in charming old world style.
The aim of our getaway was to relax and chill out, and this is what Mornington Bed and Breakfast allowed us to do in charming old world style. Our host Denise was wonderful and attentive to our needs, and supplied a gorgeous breakfast. We will definitely be going back for more relaxation.

Loved this place!
The B&B has a great atmosphere and a welcoming host. We really enjoyed staying in the Darcy Suite. It was comfortable and very clean. Breakfasts were beautifully prepared, and enjoyed at a lovely table setting. If we ever visit Mornington again, we would definitely book here again.

Great couple getaway!
If you want a home away from home this is the place to go. The Mornington Bed and Breakfast has a great atmosphere, wonderful service and is a perfect location as it is right next to the beach and plenty of shops around for your convenience. The room was inviting and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Homely and romantic weekend away!
My husband and I visited Mornington for a wedding. Denise is a gorgeous hostess. Full of personality and very helpful. Something different but equally delicious for brekki each morning. And her puppy Archie is adorable as well. Our room was upstairs and was very cosy with great view of the water and perfect for a romantic weekend away. We would love to come back again - very soon hopefully :)

Romantic Getaway
The facilities are top shelf and a beautifully furnished 1930's building I believe hosted by a lovely lady. We enjoyed all the facilities and only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely consider for a return weekend away. I received a call from our host the morning of our arrival and while they had a family health issue to deal with they explained how we could get access and nothing was a problem.
