The property was close to Bourke St for shopping and restaurants. Also very close to Parliament train station and a short walk to the free city tram. The apartments themselves, although clean, are very tired looking. They could do with a lick of paint and a renovation. Shower was over the bath and although they provided a bathmat, hubby still slipped. Bath was very slippery. Switched on dishwasher as per instructions however at end of cycle dishes were still dirty so had to handwash. Used combined washer dryer however clghes were still wet so had to hang around room. Once again, set as per instructions. There is only an aircon in living area so had to leave bedroom door open for air to flow through. No fans at all. Would probably look for something better next time!

全豪オープン期間中に4泊5日で利用しました。 サザンクロス駅から徒歩25分、メルボルンパークまで徒歩20分ほどです。 受付の方は皆さんフレンドリーで、とても良い印象でした。 部屋のシャワーが弱いのとバスタブが浅いためお湯を溜めても半身浴しかできない点が残念でした。 近隣にコンビニやQV(大型ショッピングモール)があるので、買い物や食事には困りません。 風呂設備以外は満足でしたので、次回滞在の際も利用させていただきたいと思います。

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie eine Suite mit zwei separaten Apartments gemietet. Ein Apartment hatte zwei Einzelbetten sowie Küchenzeile und Bad. Das andere Apartment war um einiges größer und hatte ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, eine offene Küche und einen großen Ess- und Wohnbereich, Bad sowie einen Balkon. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Empfangspersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Like the close proximity to the CBD. Bath tub/shower very slippery and unsafe. Our bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke on arrival so we left all windows and balcony sliding door wide open for the time we were there. Monday morning at 1am excessive noise from the floor above as someone was hosting a party and out on the balcony for ages.

I love all Oaks properties but Oaks on Lonsdale is definately my favourite. Staff are super helpful, polite and friendly. My room had a noisy duct and they upgraded me for free as I wasn't able to sleep from the noise all I have very sensitive hearing. That's was no issue and staff were just Lovely about it. I was able to park earlier and look around the city until my room was ready also. 10/10

This property is upper end of town meaning it’s not noisy with traffic. It is older property and needs a bit of work done in the room ie; painting updated mattress. The staff were helpful. It’s close to public transport. It was a good price.

Very handy and reasonably priced, but rooms and hotel are quite worn. The rooms offer the barest necessities but were clean enough as was the linen. Service at reception was excellent. WiFi is terrible

Good location. Stayed 3 nights in 2 bedroom apartment with no house keeping. Second bedroom doesn’t have a window so it felt like a cupboard, only one aircon in the living room which is not sufficient. The first night toilet broke down, you could not flush it. After 2 hours they fixed it but it was still not working properly. Could not give us another room as nothing was available. When we got into the room there was not enough towels and toiletries (3 adults) they provided less than 2 of each for all of us. Also you have to beg for clean towels and extra toiletries. Don’t bother even asking for coffee, tea or milk. In my opinion it is reasonable to expect clean towel for each adult each day as there is nowhere to hang them to dry ( unless they expect you to wash them yourself?) Would not stay there again.

Good place to stay when going to the theater. Check in took 25mins and no real explaination as to what the problem was when asked.. parking is $39 per night which is ridiculous as they own the oarking lot

Very convenient to the city. We arrived shortly before 2pm check in and were advised our apartment was not ready as housekeeping were running behind and could we come back in 15 mins. Which was not a problem and came back 25 mins later and after a small wait our apartment was ready. We had booked a 2 bedroom executive apartment. The 'apartment ' had 2 doors and we couldn't access either door with the card, housekeeping were still on the floor and they let us in one of the doors which turned out to be a studio apartment and the other a 1 bedroom apartment, which is not what we had booked and paid in advanced for. The 1 bed apartment smelt of smoke, our shoes stuck to the floor and the kitchen was grimey. The studio apartment had hair on the bathroom floor. Returned to reception to lodge a complaint to be informed by the manager that they were fully booked and couldn't move us. After further discussion's, he offered us to reclean the 'apartments ' to which we stated that the smell of smoke would still be there. He then offered us 2 one bedroom apartments. After discussing the matter privately we were going to accept these apartments when suddenly a 2 bedroom apartment became 'available '. We inspected this apartment and we satisfied but this is the apartment that we booked and paid for in the first place. The apartment was comfortable albiet lacking in utensils in the kitchen and very tired in the fixture and fittings Will rethink staying here again in the future

This is a fantastic location but the rooms could be cleaner and the fans in the bathroom and ensuite were not working. I would recommend getting a room with a balcony view. Overall it was a great stay.

The location was the best thing about the property and the view from the 27th floor. The room wasn’t clean there was mud on the walls, the kitchenette had water damage. There was no smoke alarm in the room that was working (which I thought was illegal) it had obviously been taken away as the sign on the sensor said “not working until replaced”. The bed was ok but very old as the mattress’ had sunk in the middle so it wasn’t really a king size bed it was just two singles shoved together. The lighting in the bathroom was so bad you couldn’t see to do make up. Only one lift was working which is fine, but you didn’t have to scan to get to your floor so anybody can go anywhere, which is not secure or safe. The carpets in the lift lobby were all torn and just had tape covering up the holes. It was overall ok just not to the standard you’d expect from an oaks

The view was amazing from the sky high apartment. Room was clean, location was great as close to everything and easy to get Ubers. The IGA next door was super convenient.

Nice stay at this hotel which is located close to princes theatre some nice restaurants, train station and grocery stores. Room was well equipped with a nice view. The room has no extra blankets so first night not much sleep as it was cold, one of the bathroom sinks was not draining and the toilet seat was loose but the shower was amazing. Would stay again.
