Credo di essermi già espressa a sufficienza nelle precedenti recensioni. La struttura deve essere assolutamente chiusa per lo stato di indigenza è pericolosità in cui versa. A parlare sono gli affissi del dipartimento di polizia della città sulla maggioranza delle porte.

So sorry for your inconvenience, due to covid every business suffered a lot, so do we as we are working with the city with a voucher programme. so that's why we have some problems other than that everything is fine over here.

Per una notte
Punto per la notte al ritorno da Yosemiti Park. Motel in periferia, con le camere e bagno puliti anche se in generale la camera era messa benissimo. Al mattino possibilita' di fare colazione selfservice . Lo considero piu' un motel che hotel senza pretese ma per 50$ puo' andare, disponibile phone, cosa non comune in altri motel/hotel.

The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. But the hotel itself is rundown. No and borded up. They have a contract with the county to house some homeless people.

The staff did not help to us we had no refrigerator or microwave after they said they would get us one .the comforter on the bed was dirty and they discriminate. There are a lot of riff Raff hanging around a lot of police activity .over all this hotel needs to go out of business ! I will never stay there again

On yours/their website looks nothing like the picturea posted. Also said breakfast was included, but there wasn't! Hotel said they haven't provided breakfast for a long time. When I told them it's on their website, said they weren't responsible for it. Also looks like it was housing for the homeless. Didn't feel safe at all.

First of all thanks for your stay with us, Secondly Actually we used to provide a hot breakfast, but after COVID, a lot of guests prefer to have a packed breakfast which is safer, that's why we are providing Egg muffins or Egg sandwiches in the morning with some sweets in each bag.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay this is it. I travel for work and have stayed here a number times and find it to better then some of the nicest hotel in the area. I feel safe and welcomed each time so stay at the Merced Inn and Suites. The safe are always nice and friendly at the desk. The housekeeper do a great job in the room and always make sure you have what you need. The water is always hot. Every room I have had here has been clean and comfortable. I can wait for my next booking.

Staff are friendly and helpful, housekeepers do a great job and are very nice. It was a relaxing, clean and comfortable. There are lots of places to eat near by both walkable and drivable.

They is a $100 dollar deposit that is not on the site black mold in the shower ceiling

Thanks for your stay with us. Sir, every hotel in Merced has a Charging deposit fee, which is a security fee for the room and once you check out it will be returned to you.

Lady in the front desk is real sweet, lobby smelled like Lotta weed and my king size room wasn’t clean😭. Left over wrappers under neath the mattress and wrappers behind the nightstand. The toilet didn’t flush accordingly 🙃. I got up for breakfast lol there was nothing but coffe 😭 no donuts or toast

Never coming back
Place was dirty, inside and out. There was exposed wires in room. The carpet was lifted, there is NO FREE breakfast which is advertised. Place looks like it houses the homeless. I will never go back with my family didn’t feel safe.

Staff is excellent and friendly. Very attentive to patrons. Rooms are clean but could use some tender loving care. Carpet had a hole almost tripped. King size bed was uncomfortable very tough mattress. The blow dryers in the bathroom did not work and the bathroom wouldn’t shut closed. Some of the towels weren’t clean. Other than that it was a great stay this is actually the second time we stay there.

It looks like this at one time was a very nice motel but it has been neglected and it is beat up. I was wondering why it was a lower price than the cheaper motels. The room was clean and ok but needed some repairs.

This hotel was very nice years ago but now, unfortunately, it needs a lot of upkeep. The carpets are stained, the bath tub is stained and the nozzle was loose, the tile is coming loose from the wall, the closet door was unhinged, the lamp was secured right in front of the mirror in the bedroom area, and the floor tile is stained - the list goes on. At 8:00 am there was no breakfast proved in the main area of the Inn as indicated. The staff was very nice but, needless to say, we will not be back.

Was switched rooms 3x one door didn’t work the next room tv and heater didn’t work 3rd room had hidden holes stuffed with toilet paper toilet didn’t flush properly 2 thin pillows each bed thin blankets wall thermostat didn’t work figured out how to work the one by the window ice machine not working overall hotel pretty run down carpet’s definitely need to be replaced or a good clean even

I thought I could run away to Merced because I was born there but apparently it's cursed because it seems like everywhere I go in my hometown it's just corrupt and evil. However, I did have a profound experience however long I stayed in that room, and even though I didn't have much privacy, I feel like I found God in there 😀

This property is in a horrible area, and is extremely dirty, there were bugs both dead and alive in the room I was initially in and the room I was moved to when I complained. There was mold, grime, and dirt in every corner of every wall and under and behind the appliances. I booked for 4 nights, but couldn’t stomach sleeping in the building. The only positive was the staff. The complaint and cancellation process was a pain but overall they were understanding and ultimately did give a refund.
