Location Location
This condo was in a great location. Beds were amazing and layout of condo was nice. We bought an air fryer to help with cooking as there is no propane/gas bbq available. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in Mesquite
Debi is a fantastic host. We love the area as there is great hiking, biking, and golf near by. The condo is in an attractive location in Mesquite away from freeway noise and close to dog park and walking paths. Nice to have the garage for storing golf clubs, bikes, etc. The communal grilling area (charcoal briquette) is not a great cooking option for shorter term stays. Perhaps the condo association could explore installing a couple of natural gas barbecue grills.

Winter Break
Condo is awesome and in a great location! Kitchen is well stocked, property is clean and parking is great since you get your own driveway! Condo is pet friendly and there is a dog park very close which is really convenient. Debi is always great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for restaurants and especially great for golf courses.
The condo worked out great. The fact that we didn’t have to deal with stairs for our 15 yr old Choc Lab was a blessing. We only found one item that you may want to address and it is the soap dispenser lid in your dishwasher is missing. Not sure if that affects the cleaning cycle but, thought l would let you know. We had a great stay and if we’re in the area in the future we would definitely come back if it’s available.

The reason for the 3 star rating is the television - there is no cable and you are regulated to old movies and off- cable news.

Property was great
We enjoyed our stay. We had everything that we needed. Everything was clean and worked properly. Debi was very nice and responsive. If I had one slight comment I think it would have been nice if the soap was a bit better quality. We ran out and had to go get some. That was really a nit. Thank you we did enjoy the stay! Exactly as described
Super cute, clean and cozy condo. Not too far from Casa Blanca or Virginia River Casino. Very quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfy! This place provides all amenities for kitchen and bathroom! Plenty of towels....beach towels for the pool; even provided ice and couple pods for coffee. You have to provide your own food and snacks...the Walmart super center is not far away. If Mesquite is ever on the radar for family meet up again I will definitely return!

We have stayed in the Springs complex before. Love this area, centrally located, quiet, clean and we always felt safe. This condo All ground level, was just perfect for us. Loved the pool /hot tub. This Condo is in a great location and is Beautiful. This is our second time staying at this property. Whenever we are in Mesquite we will try to stay here. It’s equipped with everything yiu need.

We had a great time staying here. It was clean and quiet. Having a washer/dryer helped a ton so we could wash uniforms each night. We would absolutely stay here in the future.

More attention to cleanliness is needed
Within walking distance to a dog park if you have furbabies. No grass around the unit but the pebbles are small and our dog had no problem finding "a spot" during the evening hours. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Neighbor across the path has a nice dog but off leash in the early morning hours so beware. The property manager is quick to respond. The kitchen faucet is broken. It only gives warm/hot water and the handle is broken making turning on difficult but not impossible. A plumber was called but couldn't make it out during our stay. More attention to cleanliness is needed though. The sheets were clean but stained so the housekeeper was called out at 930pm. She lives across the street and was a sweet as could be and apologize profusely. The floors didn't seem vacuumed and the bathroom drawers had previous guest hair in them. The backs of the toilets could have been cleaned better but we brought cleaning wipes so took care of it ourselves. The unit quality was decent and the furniture was comfortable including the bed. I would stay again with improvements to the cleaning.

Thanks so much for your review Toni. The plumber has since replaced the kitchen faucet. As far as the cleanliness of the unit, our cleaning manager is amazing and typically on-call during our guests stay. Had she or I known you experienced these other things she would have been happy to re-clean the unit and taken care of it if you would have let us know at the time. In the future, please let us know of any issues and we will do our best to take care of them as always. Also, we do not accept birds in our units and would have appreciated you inquiring prior to booking. Thanks again for choosing our place!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this property. It was comfortable, easily accessible, well decorated and had everything we needed. My sister and I, along with our husbands, loved the place and would stay again the next time we travel to Mesquite.

The home was perfectly suited for our needs. Impeccably clean and nicely decorated and in a good location. If I were to complain about anything it would be that there is not a defined backyard area. The area behind the condo is common area and the neighbors use it to potty their dog, which they unfortunately do not clean up after 🙁. I didn’t go back there, but the stench is noticeable from the unit entrance area which is in the side walkway. This area is also visible from the master bedroom, so please be aware to close the blinds if you don’t want random people looking in on you while they restroom their pet.

Everything was great! Except the pool was closed for maintenance. There was a partial refund given. The property manager was unaware the pool was closed at the time of our stay. We had to find an alternative hot tub/pool to play in.

Mesquite in April
The condo I stayed in was a single story two bedroom, two bath, two car garage unit that was just completely updated. It was nice, comfortable, and close to virtually everything you would want to do: bike, hike, swim, golf, gamble, or just relax by the swimming pool. The weather was great, not too hot in the afternoon, and pleasant early mornings and late evenings. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for all of the above !
