Acerca del desayuno , verificaré las porciones , en realidad el desayuno que esta incluido en la tarifa es continental como en cualquier hotel , si desea tenemos algunas opciones adicionales con costo. Dear Guest. Thank you for your feedback. We will improve our breakfast service with more options, not just the continental breakfast , that is included in your rate. About our spaces , we have a small patio with small tables if you do not want the in room service . As a boutique hotel we do not have space for more services , but we actually collaborate with other partners as yoga center or restaurants to improve your experience. Hope to meet you soon

I want to explain you that as a boutique hotel , we do not have a lot of people working , but we know how to separate the activities according to our talents. I love to travel and meet cool and new places , so I usually recommend to our guest about restaurants and tours. Referente al tema de Dixon el restaurante arriba del hotel , seguiremos buscando opciones para disminuir el ruido y evitar incomodidades dentro de su estancia. Acerca del desayuno verificaré personalmente cual fue el problema con el tiempo y la calidad del mismo para asegurar no vuelva a ocurrir. Estimado cliente. Lamentamos mucho escuchar que su estancia en el hotel no fue la esperada y quisiera aclarar la situación. 1- El hotel y el restaurante / bar no son la misma empresa. El hotel no tiene relación de operación o administración con ellos. 2.El problema ocurrido durante su estancia fue ocasionado por una pelea dentro de la habitación de unos huéspedes registrados en el hotel, y fue un tema personal. 3.El personal del hotel cuenta con la capacitación adecuada para resolver estas situaciones y evitar incidentes tanto para los huéspedes involucrados en la pelea como para los demás. 4.En ningún momento el personal del hotel lastimó a alguien. El proceso se siguió solicitando apoyo a la policia y del cual consta un reporte. 5.Nosotros no podemos evitar situaciones dentro de las habitaciones con clientes registrados, pero si evitamos que esto afecte a otros clientes . 6.En el hotel no existió ningún daño físico o material dentro o fuera de la habitación. 7. Agradecería mucho considerará este caso como una situación aislada . Este suceso no nos cataloga como un espacio peligroso , al contrario demuestra la experiencia para resolver situaciones como esta.
