“Well the room was very neat just that they didn't clean it on the following day. Breakfast wasn't so mouthwatering. There was not microwave in the room so in order for us to eat warm food it costed us to go to the main house and ask them to warm it for us.”

“Cozy and comfortable place. Easily accessible. Three issues to improve on: 1. Despite the fact that I had booked 3 weeks earlier, the housekeeper did not have my confirmation. Although it was eventually sorted, it leaves one to wonder. 2. Wi-Fi was only accessible in the main house and not in the rooms 3. Dstv was not accessible. I had to watch crucial World cup games on my phone.”

“Villa Lugano is small but very nice, relaxing and quiet place to stay in Johannesburg South. Fair price. Charming and tidy structure, with garden and pool. Lovely, comfortable and clean rooms, with excellent Wi-Fi. English breakfast is included, and you can decide to reserve the dinner, or you can find an excellent (false) italian restaurant just across the street. And the owners (and the staff as well) are so kind and nice! Absolutely recommended!”

“Horrible service. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,...
