At any time during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities. Luggage storage is not available due to liability and safety concerns. Hello Dina, thank you for your review. We are a historic Art Deco hotel, so we don’t have a garage or parking lot, but valet service is offered as an optional amenity through a third party. Our rooms are cleaned prior to each guests arrival, so our housekeeping staff would not confirm a room in that condition. We appreciate your feedback.
