Struttura tipica delle everglades, sono stato parecchie volte a Florida city ma mai in questo motel, l’esterno è carino, giardino curato, piscina (non ho avuto il coraggio) Camera sporca, miscelatore doccia rotto, le pulizie non le facevano regolarmente lenzuola ingiallite! Terribile dal punto di vista della pulizia!

La pulizia e l'igiene sono estremamente importanti per noi. Indagheremo prontamente su questo problema e ci assicureremo che il nostro personale riceva ulteriore formazione per garantire che tutte le camere soddisfino i nostri rigorosi standard di pulizia.Ci dispiace anche per il miscelatore della doccia rotto e le lenzuola ingiallite. Effettueremo immediatamente le riparazioni e le sostituzioni necessarie. La preghiamo di accettare le nostre scuse. La sua soddisfazione è la nostra massima priorità.

The room was clean, staff was nice, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Both rooms we tried had an unpleasant, musty, flowery smell coming out of the AC, as well as a humidity problem. We had to turn the AC off at night and open the window, but it was stuffy. Please change filters regularly and do not use scented ones, it’s like putting on deodorant over smelly pits.

Very accommodating staff and nicely maintained grounds. Stayed two nights, but via two different reservations, so had two different rooms. First room was great. Second room it took 3 tries to find a quiet one -- first had rattly A/C unit, second was an end unit with a window facing out toward a busy intersection instead of the courtyard. My first night, down the street there was an alarm going off when I checked in and still going off the next morning. In 12 hours, no one bothered to shut it off. This was far enough away to not be heard inside the room, though. The area seemed kind of yuck, but this hotel was nice enough and a good value.

I've stayed here several times over the last few years on the way to and from Key West. I like the overall place. It's very economical. It's always very clean, and it has a nice feel to it, with a nice courtyard in the center of the buildings. But I'm afraid it's starting to seem a little neglected. Quite often light bulbs are out. This time I stayed in two dilfferent rooms, one on each way in and out of the keys. Both rooms had issues with the toilet. One was ghost-flushing every few minutes. The other wasn't fastened to the floor properly and clanked every time you sat or got off. Both times I had a problem entering with the key cards, and in one room I needed a staff member to let me in. The beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are now covered inside the pillow-cases with some kind of plastic that makes them very uncomfortable (i think this started during the covid outbreak). I've enjoyed staying here and I hope they can fix these issues.

It was great for what we needed. House keeping was it or miss, when they did clean the room they didn’t always replenish towels and wash cloths which was aggravating. The room was a bit dated and had a few broken bits. Overall, it was clean and tidy though. Continental breakfast was okay.

We have stayed at the Fairway Inn several times. It isn’t new but it’s clean and reasonably priced. We tow a boat and there is plenty of parking so we don’t have to unhook it if we don’t want to. The only places we can walk to for dinner are fast food chains. The office staff are friendly. Our TV remote needed batteries. We called he front desk. They said they would send someone but no one came so we had to walk to the office. The grounds are nice with picnic tables, etc. nice pool area and good breakfast. The place is completely fenced in so we feel safe.

The property was very clean and family oriented. We had a few cliches checking in though. A female receptionist had absolutely no hostility skills and it started off our trip on a bad note because we we told three different times we could check in and we did not get to our room until after 5:15. Get there early for breakfast if you want to get a table. Overall we were happy with the facility, but the front desk employees need to work on their people skills.

We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is included and very generous. Our only issue was a very noisy air conditioner. It was too hot to turn it off so we had to use ear plugs.

The property was well kept. Staff were nice. The doors were thin with opening at bottom so I could hear everyone that walked by plus the curtains wouldn’t stay closed when the a/c was blowing so I have to rig it together. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent with leaving enough towels. Overall I would definitely book again.
