Piacevole sorpesa. Struttura semplice ma impeccabile. Tutto nuovo, pulito e smart. Piscina davvero carina. Un po' lenti nel servizio al ristorante ma rapporto qualità/prezzo della colazione ottimo.

el hotel es viejo, sin embargo los cuartos son relativamente nuevos. El hotel no tiene muchas amenidades. El aire acondicionado del cuarto hace mucho reuido y nos toco un cuarto hacia la calle con mucho trafico y ruido. Baño muy chico.

the convenience of having the train station about a five minute walk made it a great place to stay for ultra. it’s really quiet and quick to get to if driving or ubering. also really clean and the staff was really friendly.

We enjoyed walking around the area. There are some great spots to check out. The check in process was great and the personnel for the desk, rooms and bar area were wonderful.

Upon check-in the lady at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Once we got to the room we had a toilet that didn’t flush and the room was very dark. Went back down to the front desk, the lady was still rude and didn’t appear to care. She stated I needed to wait for maintenance, after waiting on maintenance for an hour I went back down to complain again. This time I just begged to be moved instead of waiting again. She finally agreed. Once we get to the new room with all of our belongings including groceries the refrigerator doesn’t work. Smh. She said there was nothing she could do. Just all around frustrating.

Staying for work. This was convenient off and on Rickenbacker Causeway for me and i felt safe. They have valet available all night, and the front desk was very responsive. Would recommend this property.

Not Good.
The hotel itself was nice. However, they left their pool/outdoor music on all night and they were clueless about their shuttle to the port and lied to us about it. The staff were absolutely clueless... one telling us one thing and the other another thing. My recommendation would be for them to cut ties with their shuttle service.

Staff was nice, room clean and nice. Informed desk i was checking out between 330 and 4 to ensure i could get my car. When i tried to check out a t 4, no one was at desk, knocked on staff only door, man came out half awake and checked me out. Said valet would be right out. 30 minutes past, found valet station unlocked, found my keys and everyone elses but could not find car. Finally valet came out, spoke no English, none. I could have taken every key, will never stay at hilton again.

El hotel ha mejorado notablemente, ahora cuenta con Valet parking, la atención del personal es muy superior a hace 2 años que estuve aquí. Superó mis expectativas !!! This Hilton was okay. I have stayed at nicer Hilton’s. This one was really small. Also, don’t do the snack upgrade option, they don’t put snacks in your room. The pool was just okay. Not much for landscaping. The staff was friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a full selection of fruits, cereals, breads, and hot entrees. The pool and patio was lovely, and the port shuttle ran a half hour late. Fortunately, we still had plenty of time to check into our cruise.

I asked to change my room because I was directly in front of an over pass for 95. They said they could move me one door down. Same location. There was food all in the hallway on my floor and the shower had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Would not recommend this hotel

I spent a week with my girlfriend. We’re both transgender, and I haven’t changed my deadname yet. The staff was very kind when I booked in and they understood my situation completely, it was very kind of them. The room was great, they always had food available which is good since I kept under-eating and getting headaches, it’s a great and welcoming place.

The property has been remodeled and now presents a more updated look. I has good connectivity, a coffee bar in the room and soothing lighting.

Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel but the elevator was under maintenance for the duration of my stay and my room did not have hot water which they stated was an issue affecting half of the hotel upon check in.

I stay at this property every eight weeks for business. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
