Business trip. We stayed here unplanned and dropped in without reservations. The friendly staffs still gave us the room and accommodated us. The hotel staff was really really the highlight of the hotel.

Customer service was exceptional! The bed was clean and comfortable. The peruvian restaurant located adjacent to hotel registration was amazing!!!! The cons are the noise from main road was horrible, the noise of our AC unit was unbearable, and the noise of people walking by our room was ridiculous. The building and rooms are outdated and need a thorough deep cleaning in the corners.

En el entendido que es un hotel de bajo costo, considero que debe tener mas cuidado con mantener sus instalaciones en mejores condiciones. El baño tenia los desagues obstruidos , la presion de agua en la ducha , muy pobre.

The hotel was definitely nice enough. Hotel staff was awesome for the most part. The morning I was leaving, the cleaning staff was a little bit aggressive with ushering me out; but overall I had a good experience.

Never ever would I go here again. It's a place where people will go as a lasssttttt resort. It was so dirty with cobwebs hanging all around and you were hearing everything from the adjacent rooms. Never again

I stayed there 3 nights and I would rate the property. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not good at all. I went down there 2 of the 3 mornings, early in the morning, then again around 10 am, and there was nothing hot to eat, other than etes. There was no meat or potatoes, or any thing else. The waffle maker seem to be a hu, but I dont like waffles.

I like the room clean has everything one's need, it smells clean, nice parking lot, but on may 1st monday morning the only Asian lady ta the front office there was rude when asked a simple question. Her attitude makes the hotel look bad and we the costumers are here to relax away from home not to get that kind of attitude. Besides her everything was fine

This hotel is in a very convenient location to everything even the air airport. The staff was super professional and friendly. I felt safe, however; my room 112 smelled of asbestos and I had to wash the smell out of all my clothes once I got home and discard of some of my belongings because of the smell. I wouldn't stay here again.

The facilities were clean and the pool area was beautiful. The breakfast could have a meat to go with the eggs, or a meat gravy. Grits or oatmeal would be nice. I am diabetic & a meat or oatmeal option would have been nice. Others at breakfast felt the same.

Our hotel room smelled like weed and the tub drain didn’t drain. It’s not the staffs fault. They are kind and hardworking. The hotel owners need to support the staff and clean up the place. Hoping for a bit of a refund.

The room I initially had was a room with a connecting door. The people in the other room were smoking etc which came through the connecting doors. I went to the front desk to ask about another room and they found one and did not charge me extra for the room. Very efficient and understanding

I will be giving I thank to everyone that works there but the Manager I tried to work for because I don’t need a job I just needed them at the time but now, & her little front desk worker that told me out of her own mouth to looks for other places to go & everyone as a whole said/ warned me about these too. I might look young but I am well educated because of my mother! Wait till they found out who they f’d over! CEO great job workers(service) it looks perfect I recommend anyone!!! & everyone worker all I got to say it’s a lobby issues as far as that everybody as whole we’re perfect. Last time at quality at least there till new employees/mangement. Monday will be call hr too! Because I got kicked out for needing time to leave after putting wrong date, everyone helped but this one person. Same person to tell me to look else where. Main manger “in charge” is very disorganized & even the ppl working for her knows it. One lobby women I know that should be a manger & she has done nothing but help me mentally psychically!!! & she didn’t need to & she made sure I keep my head straight I will never not thank her personally! When need mangers are place I will forever have a home away from (homestead) Area when I want for my partner to get out of work 5 minutes away from the falls!! This property is in a good location and is affordable, cheap by south Florida standards. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, it nauseated me but I did not want to complain. Everyone was smoking cigarettes outside their rooms. I figured no point because I was staying there two nights and only to sleep. The bathtub had a few hairs so I did not like that. My main concern is this hotel is a motel. The guests looked like they belonged on a halfway house. I wanted to save money but I learned my lesson. I would not advise women or children to come to this hotel. Men, only if you can’t afford anything better. I barricaded myself in the room.

The room was fine, they staff was great with everything I needed and asked for. My only concerns were the surrounding area which seemed kind of sketchy and the cleanliness which disappointed me. The toilet had a few poop stains on the upper part, almost hidden beneath the seat and the sheets had noticible stains on them even though they were washed. The smell of mint they used to clean the room is a bit too strong and the pillows aren't that comfortable and the mini fridge wasn't cold enough to keep my ice cream frozen. The breakfast was very good though and their waffles are incredible, if not for the cleanliness issues I would definitely go back.
