Security deposit was not identified on-site for reservations, which was a surprise/unexpected
The plane landed at 0930, made it to the hotel at 1100, and was told I could not check-in. The hotel was not full. We had to drive around until 3 pm and wasted a lot of time.
Staff not good at customer service. One cleaning member pushed past my wife, me, and another couple exiting the elevator for her to get on and press the floor before we were off.
Desk personnel was complaining about other customers and their requests for extra pillows in front of my wife and I, not realizing we spoke Spanish.
