In spite of me telling him it was approved he made me insert my card again resulting in 2 charges on my account. I would like to speak to a manager. As a whole, the room was mostly decent. I'd probably stay here again as long as the price was low. But I have to rate it lower for these reasons: -The biggest issue I had was that they charged a $100 security deposit, which was supposed to be immediately refunded. Instead, the charge actually went to my card and wasn't removed till 4 days after my stay, after I had called them and asked why it was still there. They said they initiated the return 3 days earlier... but it is concerning. -The AC did not respond to the settings I entered. It worked, but I turned it to fan always on mode... Didn't do it. I set the temp colder... Didn't do it. -Their "breakfast" was the worst I've had at a hotel. It has bagels, which were so stale that they were completely hard; a waffle iron and mix; a few packaged muffins; some cereals (but no milk), some apples, and some yogurt. That was it. -The 1st room I got the door wouldn't work. The hotel clerk tried to open it, and still no. They switched us to another room, so it wasn't a big deal, but still figured worth mentioning that the place is a little under maintained.

Everything was good except breakfast. The pancake maker was broke for two days that I know of. I ask the attendant for milk. The jug was empty. He did not get milk because he was watching a movie on his cellphone so I didn’t have cereal.

For budget, this is good option. My floor was non-smoking and maintained well. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast could have been better. They kept it to minimal and we had same dry menu for three days.

Only stayed overnight from 10pm until 8.30am the following morning as I was solo travelling. The two staff members I dealt with were borh really pleasant. Room was nice, spacious, comfortable and clean. Just the out-dated bathroom let it down but everything worked fine. Breakfast was no frills, but there was plenty of choice and it set me up for the day. Would recommend.

My family enjoy our stay here but the reason for the 4 stars was the breakfast not that great,the bathroom too shallow that u can feel the water in the toilet bowl. The bedroom key missed up a lot.but over all it was enjoyable stay.the front desk was so nice and helpful.’if your a foodie person I highly recommend this place. Everything are close to the area.restaurant and shopping place.
