The hotel itself is beautiful & offers great shared spaces for working, dining, snacking, having a coffee or a cocktail. The reception was very personable & even remembered my name when I came to pick up my bags after leaving them for a final day in Milano. Two pretty big downsides were that the hotel is facing a street with a few bars and the noise is very loud until 5am, you may need earplugs. I also felt I did not have much privacy. When I was getting dressed the cleaning service opened my door while I was half dressed. I was completely shocked. Admittedly, I had not put my keycard into the slot by the front door that I guess notifies them that someone is inside. But this was not the first time they came in when I did not want anyone in the room. Earlier I had left the “do not disturb” sign on my door handle and when I came back they had put it inside my room and cleaned up. Although it is nice to come back to a clean room I did not appreciate they ignored my request to not clean up or enter the room. I felt every time I came back to my room someone had just been in there & that was an uneasy feeling for me. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay, I just wish the cleaning service only came in once a day, if that & respected to stay out when the do not disturb sign was up.

Loved every single part of the hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The whole crew was super welcoming, cheers up to Domenica Restaurant team. Great drinks and delicious food. Super excited to visit the rooftop opening soon. The hotel is 10/10, from location, architecture all the way to the service. Highly recommended. Grazie 21 House of Stories Navigli!

It was a great experience to stay this hotel. The stuff’s attitudes and hotel over all were exceptionally outstanding. I hope they can keep this level for thr future as well.

Loved this amazing boutique hotel and can’t wait to stay there again. The hotel was very well thought out and comfortable. The service was as good as it gets. Highly recommend.

Great location and hotel, the overall service was very good, especially from the reception & evening restaurant manager Valentina. The service at breakfast was poor, the breakfast restaurant manager was rude and arrogant.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Everything from the rooftop pool, the breakfast and the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. If you’re celebrating something special let them know! Nothing against the hotel at all, but our cab driver warned us that the area wasn’t safe to go out late at night. We had dinner just down the street so it wasn’t a problem but I think it’s good for people to know.

Excellent rooftop and atmosphere, rooms alright!
All in all a good experience! The rooftop is excellent and staff very helpful and present. Also the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms however, does not feel as luxurious as the price is set, meaning we expected more value (please note that we were upgraded to a better upon arrival so it was an ever nicer room compared to the one we had reserved, we were of course thankful for that but it still didn't match expectations with pricing in mind).

Amazing place
Simply amazing! New hotel, cool staff, awesome rooftop pool and bar, close to tram and restaurants. We were with a toddler. They provided separate towels slippers and even soap :) The oooonly thing i can say is the noise! As there are places open late and hard to fall asleep for toddler and you. They give earplugs which is sweet tho.

Great new hotel in Navigli next to canal. Walking distance (or tram) to popular sights like Duomo. Metro station is not very close. Hotel itself is brand new. However, try to get a room not facing to canal, as there are very loud nightsclubs (if you are light sleeper) located in there. Changing a room took a while but was definitely worth it. Swimming pool area is absolutely fantastic! Service in hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building, comfortable modern rooms. Bathrooms all brand new and modern, staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel, really. Additional perks of rooftop bar and restaurant ans pool, with fantastic views of Navigli. We will come back again

Exceptional!
Fabulous 3 day stay with our family. The customer service was outstanding, every employee was genuinely kind, curious, and of course helpful. The pool and rooftop was a highlight but the vibe of the whole hotel was just fantastic. So relaxed, enjoyable and we immediately felt right at home. The noise from the street at night is a lot but in beds that comfortable I somehow managed to fall straight back to sleep when disturbed (the earplugs did help). That was my only issue with the hotel my family didn’t seem to notice. It can’t be helped and it was nice to have such a lively nightlife so close by for meals.

Lovely boutique hotel, staff were wonderful. Only issue is a quite noisy bar on the other side of the canal, ask for a room facing the other way. I would definitely go back!
