Hi. My Husband and I stayed at the Courtyard for the week of April 20-April 25. Everything was awesome! From the pickup from the airport with Hector who was so nice to the all of the staff at the Courtyard. The front desk ladies were so professional and always pleasant. The housekeeping ladies were always so friendly. I highly recommend the Courtyard Edina Bloomington to everyone! Great week!

Great location for what we needed to do....close to airport...close to plenty of restaurants and shopping...easy access to highways...nothing much for breakfast other than Starbucks BUT there was Perkins down the road that was good value for money.

The people at front desk was nice. Room was quite. The only thing I didn’t like is the door lock didn’t work at first. Then it started to work later. Nice hotel.

Property and cleanliness was pretty good, the only thing we did not like was that we checked in on a Friday and our room was refreshed on Sunday night. Which was the night before we left, regardless I highly recommend this location.

Room was very clean and seems very new. Unfortunately housekeeping started very early. I selected a hotel with a later checkout time but was woken up very early by housekeeping cleaning, taking out trash, in and out of doors. Breakfast is only open for a couple hours in the morning so check times. Hotel bar wasn’t open when I checked in due to holiday.

Hello Elizabeth,I do apologize that you are disappointed with our hotel not offering complimentary breakfast.We do however offer mobile dining which is similar to room service.Housekeeping is upon request or every 3rd day of stay, with your reservation being a single night if you wanted your room to be cleaned, I can send someone up before you check out today, just let us know! The property was very clean and well maintained. I got in hours before check in time and they allowed me to check in early with no problem. My only issue was there was no microwave in the room so that was pretty inconvenient to have to come down to the 1st floor. They still deserve 5 stars.

My experience was a 9/10 the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and our room was satisfactory. My only issue was one of the comforters in our room needed to be replaced due to it being dirty but other then that we had a great experience.

Advertise to and from for Mall of America. They do not. When we arrived we called for shuttle services from the airport, they told us it stops at 11pm. We had to spend money on a lift. Only reason I chose this place was thinking I would have a ride from the airport, and a ride to and from Mall of America as it states on the website. Did not happen. Spendt a lot on lyft rides.

Dear Troy, I do apologize for the rough start to your stay due to not being informed of our shuttle hours (4am-11pm daily).Although, I am not sure where you saw an advertisement for a Mall of America shuttle as this is something our hotel does not offer and not something I see advertised on our website.I am glad you were able to enjoy your stay otherwise as was expressed to me upon checkout and hope you choose to give our hotel another try in the future.Have a great day!
