Yes, the hotel was very clean and nice and the room was very comfortable. My main complaint of the whole entire stay was some of the staff that worked there. the night we checked in I was literally asked if I was checking in and then handed keys and that was it no welcome, no telling me what my room number was, if we needed anything where the elevators were nothing. No conversation or anything. Very unfriendly. Second day we didn’t get any room service which is fine but would’ve just like to be told that the first night that if you wanted any room service that we just needed to ask for for towels, and such things like that. Not a big deal but we had to ask for towels and coffee pods which when you’re staying in a hotel for three days with the family I believe that you should be offered more than two coffee pods from your initial day. When we did ask for them , the second day staff was rude and basically told my mom to go get them herself and pointed to where they were and then proceeded to tell her that they usually don’t give extra towels, and We were supposed to use the towels that we had from the first day. Again, this is something they should’ve told us upon check-in then, so we wouldn’t have put them on the floor. The last day we were there we had the greatest customer service and the sweetest young man that waited on us and the next morning checking out. The woman was incredibly pleasant to. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our whole stay, which would’ve been nice to have.
