The parking ramp is patrolled 24 hours a day by their security team, unfortunately with it being a public ramp anyone has access to it. Thanks for your feedback, Bethany. I can understand the frustration on both accounts; the upgrade and the parking situation. While I apologize for the misunderstanding around the room upgrade, we are in a very large downtown area and most of our surroundings are tall buildings. With regard to the parking, we could not be more transparent about this. It is on our website, on our Expedia booking page, and discussed at check in. I would encourage you to look further into the hotel you’re at which you’re staying for details like this. While you had some frustrations with your stay, we appreciate you spending some time with us. We hope if your travels bring you back to Minneapolis that you will stay with us again.
