Pulled into lot. No parking for truck with trailer. Lot filled with construction trailers, that should have been parked on jobsites. Not at the hotel. Drove around several times looking for a place to park. While driving around I see a lot full of men drinking outside, Women that looked like dancer or hookers changing cloths at their cars, that it looked like they were living in. Finally had to disconnect my trailer to park in smaller spots. Went inside. Entry floor is torn up and half replaced. Get on the elevator to go to our 3rd floor room. Smells of Marijuana & alcohol. third floor, more stuff torn up in the hallway. People yelling out the window in the hall to others partying in the parking lot. Tried our key in the door. Got a green light then red flashing light like it was locked from the inside. Went back down and asked for a refund. Expedia should not be listing this place. Drove down the street found another hotel. Paid twice as much, but was lucky to find a place at the last minute.

This hotel is disgusting from the moment you enter bad smell was according to remuneration but they were just patching it a little, when I entered the room was not very clean the stove plateau horrible the hood full of old dirt a ornilla not working and I told the reception and they did not care, the next day the worst many cockroaches throughout the kitchen I had to buy a poison to kill them is disgusting I do not recommend it to

This property is disgusting. The shower was so dirty, we couldn’t use it. Despite being non-smoking, the room reeked of cigarettes and the occupants of the neighboring room were smoking. The front desk worker would prop open the elevator door making it impossible to use. This was extremely inconvenient since we were on the third floor. The bedding was stained and uncomfortable. The noise throughout the night was ridiculously loud.

This property was dirty, not safe, rooms smelled like an ashtray and were dirty. Counter was dirty doors had finger prints all over them. I walked in and walked out and asked for my money back for a 2 day stay and they denied me. I left and went somewhere else. It was disgusting and I could taste the smoke and dirty in my mouth. I do not recommend

Would not recommend. This has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. So bad that we had a second reservation for our return flight and we lost out on the money the cancellation. We decided to find a better, cleaner, and not noisy hotel. Our experience consisted of doors slamming all night stained sheets and mattresses, hair in tub and sink and toothpaste stuck to sink. Floors were sticky. This hotel was horrible.

Stayed the night it was alright not the cleanest but clean enough, at the end of my visit there was a fee for 4.60 i wasnt expecting but the guy at the counter did not know how to use the point of sale machine! Wasted 20 minutes of my time than argued with someone on video call in a language i didnt know about how to do it and recorded both sides of my card while reading the numbers to him! I dont think they were trying to steal my info or anything but even with the best of intentions ot is never okay to record a customers information just to be safe i am now getting a new debit card and i will not ever be staying there again.

The front desk attendant had a great attitude, very helpful.. a little upset that I was informed on the app that there would be grab-n-go breakfast.. there wasn’t.. the room was clean but had stains on the counters, and hair in the tub.. plus the central air would hiss EVERYTIME powering down or off..

Location is great- staff not so much
The location of the hotel is great, it is close to the bus line. Currently staying for an extended period of time at this hotel because of the location and price. However I find staff to be rude, short tempered and difficult to deal with.

As soon as we walked into the lobby I can tell you it was filthy. Paige at the desk was super polite and professional. We got checked in and got to our room which we booked a smoke free room. There were bikes all inside the lobby from what sure looked like tweakers. The room reeked of cigarettes,we quickly addressed it to Paige at the front desk she sincerely apologized and told us she had no other room to move us into but came and sprayed the entire room to help with the smell and told us she could come up again and spray. After sitting in the room for 20 mins we noticed floors were very sticky of who knows what, the sheets didn’t look clean. The office chair had so many stains and there was hair still in the shower we decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay. Don’t waste your time on this location it’s nothing what it looks like and this review is not towards Paige because she was great and it shouldn’t be on her to fix these issues this is on the management.

Key card system had been down for 3 days prior to my arrival. Couldn’t get a key made for my stay with an unknown timeline of when it could be made. Staff was using expletives to communicate their frustration and said I’d need to call another number to have someone let me in each time I leave my room but that I could expect to wait 30 minutes even though the number was for a permanent staff that lives in the hotel. Turns out this hotel is part of a government program to house homeless and indigent individuals and families so I don’t need to describe how the entrance, lobby, halls, rooms were… There was a police officer sitting in their police vehicle parked outside and off view of the entrance due to the clientele. STAY AWAY. I left within minutes but staff had closed up so I could not check out same night and I was not refunded that nights stay.

When I arrived at the hotel for check in the afternoon staff was rude. After the checking ID, I was informed that they could not give me a room key. I would have to ask for someone to open my room door if I left and returned to the hotel. This was annoying to hear but I already paid so I tried to make the best of it. Room was run down and old. Blanket had burn marks in it. I switched blankets at the desk and had them open the door to get back into room. Finally went to sleep. Around 3 am I hear water dripping in the bathroom. I take a look and water is all over the floor and sink. The carpet and everything was soaked. The paint in the bathroom was bubbling from the water. I go to the front desk to tell them it’s flooding in my room and nobody is around. I had to call the main number to get them to call the night staff. Keep in mind I’m now locked out of the room because I have no room key. 30 minutes later the night staff shows up looking like she just woke up. She has no clue what to do when I pointed out the issue and tells me to wait. I reply I will leave and you guys can address the situation. I return after a day of events with my luggage with me all day long and approach the same rude staff and ask if they fixed the problem or am I getting another room. The staff tells me I have to go back into the same room. I immediately told them I would not be staying in the flooded moldy room that has not been fixed or cleaned. The staff just walked away. Stay away from here

I ended up not staying because no one showed up at the desk and I left after half an hour. The lobby was gross and creepy, the other peiple staying there creepy, and parking lot covered in ice (more than normal). I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe there.

This ranks up there with the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve NEVER had to get on my hands and knees within minutes of checking in a room and wash the whole floor with the towels i was provided. The office chair was full of stains and nasty. All the counters were filthy. The tv remote was broken. Get it together over there. I’ve taken pictures to document this disgusting room if you don’t believe me. While scrubbing your floor there was also LOTS of dog hair. Thank god I brought allergy meds being allergic to dogs. Didn’t stop itching and sneezing. Just gross!! Terrible room.. 0.0 stars.

A place to lay your head, that's all
I had to contact management for a microwave, garbage, and batteries for the remote. The smoke detector was missing. The carpet was not well vacuumed, there were stains all over. Also the security bar on the door was broken. No coffee or breakfast to go was provided, though it's advertised. It was quiet, and the bedding and bathroom were clean. Front desk was not available 24 hours. Staff was friendly.

Place is a dump. Took forever for someone to come to the front counter to check me in. Room was nasty. Bathroom smelled of weed. Nothing in the kitchen without purchase. Will never be back.

I was not allowed to check in after lobby was closed. Manager said I can’t make a reservation and show up to check in anytime I want.
