This property was very nice and better than expected. Our room was amazing very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the amenities like the gym and breakfast. We will be returning.

We stayed here as a stopping point in the middle of a long road-trip back home. The woman at the front desk was very kind, check in was simple. She mentioned the elevator wasn’t working but hey, we can deal. Once we get to the room we were so excited to take a hot shower. After camping in the Texas heat for an entire weekend and driving 9 hours, we couldn’t wait to wash off. We noticed the hot water wasn’t working so we go down to the front desk. The original desk host was on her way out, and the next one informed us it was out for the whole building. I really wish I would’ve been told about this at check in as it was obviously hidden from me to keep my reservation and payment. It was 11:30 at night and we just accepted cold showers as we were too tired to try to fight for a refund and then search for a new place to stay. The next morning the batteries in the door went out and we ended up locked out for about 20 minutes before we were able to get in. I get that maintenance things happen. I work in a similar industry and I’m completely understanding of things breaking and not being able to get an immediate fix. My problem is that this was not disclosed up front so I could make alternate plans and was checked in while they knew there was a problem. This is extremely shady and unprofessional.

Strong odor of burnt marijuana in lobby area, check in staff was vey pleasant, but overnight staff wasn't. Door broken to bedroom. Room was clean and well furnished, but certainly not a 3 star property. More of an extended stay feel to it.

Overall not worth the money
Toilet ran and leaked but was fixed by property manager because maintenance isn’t scheduled on weekends . Tub was stopped up and had slow drain. Called front desk to have it fixed and no one came to fix the drain . Television did not connect to the hotels Wi-Fi so we could not sign in to any of the streaming apps . Television was functioning very slow . Asked for extra rags and was told that there weren’t any and was given hand towels instead so we had to go purchase wash rags . Also called the property two days prior to arriving to confirm if I could use cash when we checked out and I was told yes , that I just needed a card to have on file to check in only to be informed 3 hours prior to check in that they didn’t accept cash as a payment option . So I was given incorrect information. And we were charged an additional $20 for each night for incidental charges instead of a deposit which was not mentioned in booking policy terms . It’s supposed to be a 3-star hotel but was more like a 2-star . Overall rating is a 4 .

The hotel manager was very nice and courteous. Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean. The front area was under construction. This hotel is located near food places.Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Front desk wasn’t staffed 24/7 - got locked out!
I got locked out of the hotel at 3am for over an hour since the 24/7 desk person was not where she was supposed to be…this is a pet friendly hotel so I took my dog for a late night bathroom trip and then got locked out. None of the door cards worked, lights didn’t work, and the door bell didn’t matter since no one staffed the front desk…this while my young kids were upstairs in the room sleeping, thankfully not awake freaking out.

Our stay was just over night for our road trip home. The room was very roomy and clean, sitting area and kitchen was great. The only issue was the elevator carpet was smelly. Need to replace the old carpet. Breakfast was okay with limited food.

Some of the staff were great but others were less than not so great. Our A/C ran constantly non stop at 70 degrees you could hang meet in our room. Going to the front desk and was told she will have it checked out in in the morning no help for us. Finally I had to turn off his A/C unit. At this point was not offered a different room. We asked if they had pet friendly rooms and told yes then told that would be an additional $75.00 at this point it was too late to find a different hotel. Talking about being put on the spot what choice did we have. We stayed in different hotels that are pet friendly and required to sign A statement we would be reliable for any damages. I will sleep in my car before I use this chain oil hotel’s

My family and I had two rooms for our weekend. One room looked like the door had been forced open from the outside. Someone was playing loud music right next to our other room late at night. I took my family to dinner and when we came back we couldn’t get back into one of our rooms for over an hour. Receptionist told us that the computers were down. My family and I won’t be going back here

The property was OK but it was a little too close to some apartments in the rear. That would not stop me from returning. We also had problems with the door to the room opening and closing correctly that would not stop me from returning to this facility again
